Claims (14)
- 窓用の発電モジュールであって、
第1の表面、第2の表面及び複数個の微細構造を備え、前記第1の表面が前記第2の表面に近接または対向する導光基板;及び
前記導光基板に近接して設置され、外部から光線が前記導光基板に入射する時、それらの前記微細構造により一部の前記光線が案内されて、一部の前記光線のエネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する、少なくとも1つの光電変換素子;
を含み、
前記微細構造の間の間隔が等しくなく、
前記導光基板が光透過性材質であり、
前記微細構造の光入射面が、前記第1の表面と前記第2の表面のうち前記光線が入射する面に対して、平行であり、
前記複数個の微細構造を前記第1の表面に投影した面積の合計が、前記第1の表面の表面積の15%〜50%であり、
前記微細構造が前記導光基板における光線の入射側に設けられる、発電モジュール。 - それらの前記微細構造が前記第1の表面から前記導光基板に陥入されて、前記光線が前記第1の表面に達する時、それらの前記微細構造が一部の前記光線を前記少なくとも1つの光電変換素子に案内して、一部の前記光線のエネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する請求項1に記載の発電モジュール。
- それらの前記微細構造がそれぞれ開口幅を有し、それらの該開口幅の全てが同様ではない請求項2に記載の発電モジュール。
- それらの前記微細構造の上から見た面が楕円状である請求項1に記載の発電モジュール。
- それらの前記微細構造が互いに連結されていない請求項1に記載の発電モジュール。
- 前記光線が太陽光であり、前記少なくとも1つの光電変換素子がソーラーウェハーである請求項1に記載の発電モジュール。
- それらの前記微細構造が互いに実質的に平行である請求項1に記載の発電モジュール。
- 前記導光基板が前記第1の表面に近接する第1の端部及び第2の端部を更に備え、前記第1の端部が前記第2の端部と対向し、前記第1の端部に近接する微細構造から前記第2の端部に近接する微細構造へ微細構造の密度が次第に大きくなる請求項1に記載の発電モジュール。
- 前記導光基板が前記第1の表面に近接する第1の端部及び第2の端部を更に備え、前記第1の端部が前記第2の端部と対向し、前記第1の端部に近接する微細構造から前記第2の端部に近接する微細構造へ微細構造の密度が大小交互に配列される請求項1に記載の発電モジュール。
- 前記導光基板が前記第1の表面に近接する第1の端部、第2の端部及び中央部を更に備え、前記第1の端部が前記第2の端部と対向し、前記中央部が前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間に位置し、前記第1の端部に近接する微細構造の密度と前記第2の端部に近接する微細構造の密度が前記中央部に位置する微細構造の密度より大きい請求項1に記載の発電モジュール。
- 前記導光基板が前記第1の表面に近接する第1の端部、第2の端部及び中央部を更に備え、前記第1の端部が前記第2の端部と対向し、前記中央部が前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間に位置し、前記第1の端部に近接する微細構造の密度と前記第2の端部に近接する微細構造の密度が前記中央部に位置する微細構造の密度より小さい請求項1に記載の発電モジュール。
- それらの前記微細構造が、前記第1の表面に入射する光線の一部を前記少なくとも1つの光電変換素子に案内し、前記発電モジュールが、前記導光基板の前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面に隣接する第5の表面に近接して設置され且つ照明光線を前記導光基板に発射するための少なくとも1つの照明素子を更に含み、それらの前記微細構造が前記照明光線の一部を前記導光基板の前記第2の表面に案内し射出する請求項1に記載の発電モジュール。
- それらの前記微細構造が前記第1の表面に入射する光線の一部を前記少なくとも1つの光電変換素子に案内し、前記発電モジュールが、前記導光基板の前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面に隣接する第5の表面に近接して設置され且つ照明光線を前記導光基板に発射するための少なくとも1つの照明素子を更に含み、それらの前記微細構造が前記照明光線の一部を前記光電変換素子に案内する請求項1に記載の発電モジュール。
- 第1の透光板;
前記第1の透光板に対向する第2の透光板;及び
請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの発電モジュール;を含み、
前記導光基板が前記第1の透光板と前記第2の透光板との間に位置する発電窓セット。
