Claims (4)
- ロードセルであって、このロードセルが、棒状に形成され、および力伝達要素(1)および力導出要素(2)および軸方向でこれらの間に設けられる力計測要素から成り、その際、力計測要素がビーム(3)を有し、その内部に存在する計測ばね部材(12)が、その上に設けられるストレインゲージと共に、溶接された金属部材(4,5,6)によって密閉シールされて封鎖されており、および計測すべき力(F)が、長手軸(9)を横切って伝達可能であるロードセルにおいて、
力伝達要素(1)、力計測要素(3)および力導出要素(2)が、長手軸(9)に沿って広範にわたり回転対称かつ丸められて形成されていること、および、
力計測要素(3)が曲げ剛性の高いパイプキャップ(4)と、その中に設けられるビーム(3)からなり、その際、ビーム(3)の端部が、長手方向軸(9)に対して横切る方向に向けられたリング要素(5,6)と接続されており、これらリング要素は、その半径方向の周辺領域においてパイプキャップ(4)と溶接されており、その際、リング要素(5,6)が、同軸に周回し、曲げ柔軟性の高いメンブラン(7,8)を有し、これらメンブランが、パイプキャップ(4)を、言及するに値するような力分岐作用無くビーム(3)および力伝達要素(1)および力導出要素(2)と接続することを特徴とする前記ロードセル。 - 長手軸(9)に沿って設けられる力伝達要素(1)、および引き続いて第一の接続ピース(16)の周りに設けられる第一のリング要素(5)、並びにこれと接続されるビーム(3)、およびこれに引き続く第二の接続ピース(13)とこれに設けられる第二のリング要素(6)、およびこれと接続される力導出要素(2)がワンピース式に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロードセル。
- ビームが、ダブルビーム(3)として形成され、このダブルビームが、直方体形状の中間部材(14)から成り、この中間部材中にくぼみ部(11)が設けられており、このくぼみ部が二つの水平かつ平行なブリッジ(12)を形成し、これらブリッジにストレインゲージが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のロードセル。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のロードセルであって、無菌のプラットフォーム式計量器のためのロードセル。
