Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る光源装置の構成を示す図である。この光源装置は、例えば、分光分析の光源、干渉計の光源、又は電磁波発生のポンプ光の光源として使用される。この光源装置は、光源10、第1分極反転構造22(第1波長変換部)、ファイバーカプラ30(分岐部)、及び第2分極反転構造42(第2波長変換部)を備える。光源10は、第1分極反転構造22に第1入射光を出射する。第1分極反転構造22は、第1入射光を波長変換して高調波を出射する。ファイバーカプラ30は、第1分極反転構造22から出力された高調波を、光源装置からの出射光と、フィードバック光とに分岐する。第2分極反転構造42は、フィードバック光が入射される。第2分極反転構造42は、フィードバック光を波長変換して、第2入射光を出射する。第2入射光は、第1入射光と同一波長を有する。第2入射光は、第1波長変換部に入射される。以下、詳細に説明する。
図2は、第2の実施形態に係る光源装置の構成を示す図である。本実施形態に係る光源装置は、以下の点を除いて、第1の実施形態に係る光源装置と同様の構成である。

Claims (7)
- 光源装置であって、
第1入射光を出射する光源と、
前記第1入射光が入射され、レーザ発振のためのゲイン媒体と、
前記第1入射光が前記ゲイン媒体を介して入射され、前記第1入射光を波長変換して高調波を出射する第1波長変換部と、
前記第1波長変換部から出力された前記高調波を、前記光源装置からの出射光と、フィードバック光とに分岐する分岐部と、
前記フィードバック光が入射され、前記フィードバック光を波長変換して、前記第1入射光と同一波長を有する第2入射光を出射する第2波長変換部と、
を備え、
前記第2入射光は、前記光源を介さずに前記ゲイン媒体を介して前記第1波長変換部に入射され、
前記高調波は第2高調波である光源装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の光源装置において、
前記第2入射光は、前記第1入射光と共に前記ゲイン媒体に入射する光源装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の光源装置において、
前記ゲイン媒体は偏波保持光ファイバーであり、
前記偏波保持光ファイバーは、ファイバーブラッググレーティングを有する光源装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光源装置において、
前記分岐部はファイバーカプラである光源装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光源装置において、
前記第1波長変換部、前記分岐部、及び前記第2波長変換部は、同一の強誘電体結晶に形成されており、
前記第1波長変換部及び前記第2波長変換部は、いずれも分極反転構造を有しており、
前記分岐部は、前記強誘電体結晶に形成された分岐導波路である光源装置。 - 光源から第1入射光を、レーザ発振のためのゲイン媒体を介して第1波長変換部に入射し、前記第1波長変換部から前記第1入射光の高調波を出射させ、
前記高調波を、出射光及びフィードバック光に分岐し、
前記フィードバック光を波長変換して、前記第1入射光と同一波長を有する第2入射光を生成し、前記第2入射光を前記第1入射光とともに前記光源を介さずに前記ゲイン媒体を介して前記第1波長変換部に入射し、
前記高調波は第2高調波である、波長変換方法。
