Description

前記検出装置に電気的に接続され、当該バッテリーの前記正極および負極端からは絶縁されており、前記検出装置によって測定される電位の値をエクスポートするよう構成されている導線とを有するバッテリーを提供する。
いくつかの態様を記載しておく。
〔態様1〕
バッテリーであって:
当該バッテリー内部かつ当該バッテリーの正極または負極端に位置され、当該バッテリー内部の電位を検出するよう構成された検出装置と;
前記検出装置に電気的に接続され、当該バッテリーの正極および負極からは絶縁されており、前記検出装置によって測定される前記電位の値をエクスポートするよう構成されている導線とを有する、
バッテリー。
〔態様2〕
前記検出装置が具体的に、当該バッテリー内部の前記電位を検出するよう構成された参照電極端子を有する、態様1記載のバッテリー。
〔態様3〕
前記検出装置がさらに、当該バッテリー内部の温度および/または機械的圧力を検出するよう構成された温度感知端子および/または圧力感知端子を有しており、
前記導線はさらに、前記温度および/または前記機械的圧力の値をエクスポートするよう構成されている、
態様2記載のバッテリー。
〔態様4〕
前記検出装置は電気的に絶縁された外被層を有する、態様1記載のバッテリー。
〔態様5〕
前記電気的に絶縁された外被層が、微小孔のあるポリエチレン、絶縁されたセラミック粒子、TiO 2 接着剤、Al 2 O 3 接着剤もしくはポリマー接着剤の混合物のような多孔性の絶縁材料または絶縁されているが電解質によって完全に浸されていてそれと接触していてもよい電気絶縁性材料でできている、態様4記載のバッテリー。
〔態様6〕
前記導線が電気的に絶縁された外被層をもつ、態様1記載のバッテリー。
〔態様7〕
前記電気的に絶縁された外被層が、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリエステルイミドまたはアセタールのような無孔の絶縁材料または微小孔のあるポリエチレン、絶縁されたセラミック粒子、TiO 2 接着剤、Al 2 O 3 接着剤もしくはポリマー接着剤の混合物のような多孔性の絶縁材料でできている、態様6記載のバッテリー。
〔態様8〕
前記導線が絶縁層を使って当該バッテリーの正極または負極から絶縁されている、態様1記載のバッテリー。
〔態様9〕
前記絶縁層の材料が、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリエステルイミドまたはアセタールのような無孔の絶縁材料または微小孔のあるポリエチレン、絶縁されたセラミック粒子、TiO 2 接着剤、Al 2 O 3 接着剤もしくはポリマー接着剤の混合物のような多孔性の絶縁材料でできている、態様8記載のバッテリー。

- バッテリーであって:
当該バッテリー内部かつ当該バッテリーの正極または負極端に位置され、当該バッテリー内部の電位を検出するよう構成された検出装置と;

請求項2記載のバッテリー。 - 前記検出装置は電気的に絶縁された外被層を有する、請求項1記載のバッテリー。
- 前記電気的に絶縁された外被層が多孔性の絶縁材料または絶縁されているが電解質によって完全に浸されていてそれと接触していてもよい電気絶縁性材料でできている、請求項6記載のバッテリー。
- 前記導線が電気的に絶縁された外被層をもつ、請求項1記載のバッテリー。
- 前記電気的に絶縁された外被層が、無孔の絶縁材料または多孔性の絶縁材料でできている、請求項8記載のバッテリー。
- 前記導線が絶縁層を使って当該バッテリーの正極または負極から絶縁されている、請求項1記載のバッテリー。
- 前記絶縁層の材料が無孔の絶縁材料または多孔性の絶縁材料でできている、請求項10記載のバッテリー。
