Claims (2)
- 鉄道車両の運行密度を向上させ、かつ正面衝突及び追突を防ぐ方法であって、鉄道線路を、等距離の電子的区間に分割し、それぞれの区間に機関車通過検出警報装置(Mi)を設置し、前記区間の長さが、走行中の2車両間の最短安全距離よりも長く、前記機関車通過検出警報装置(Mi)が、この区間内に配置された全範囲センサ構成要素と、前記センサ構成要素の信号出力端子に接続された信号処理回路と、前記信号処理回路の出力端子に接続された警報信号送信回路(IC3)とを備え、隣接する区間内の前記機関車通過検出警報装置(Mi)の前記信号処理回路が互いに信号を送信し、機関車がある区間(Li)を使用しているときに、前記区間(Li)に対応する前記機関車通過検出警報装置(Mi)の前記全範囲センサ構成要素が、前記機関車の存在を感知し、前記信号処理回路が「使用中」信号を生成することを可能にし、機関車が前記区間Liを出て、前方に隣接する区間(Li+1)に入ったときに、前記前方に隣接する区間(Li+1)に対応する前記機関車通過検出警報装置(Mi+1)の前記信号処理回路が同様に「使用中」信号を生成し、この「使用中」信号を、後方に隣接する区間(Li)に対応する前記機関車通過検出警報装置(Mi)の前記信号処理回路に送信し、それによってこの信号処理回路が生成した前記「使用中」信号を「空き」信号に変更し、前記隣接する2つの区間(Li)及び(Li+1)がともに前記機関車によって使用されているときに、これらの隣接する2つの区間(Li)及び(Li+1)に対応する前記機関車通過検出警報装置(Mi)及び(Mi+1)が、そのそれぞれの「使用中」信号を同時に相手方機関車通過検出警報装置へ送信し、それによって、これらの隣接する2つの区間に対応する前記機関車通過検出警報装置(Mi)及び(Mi+1)の前記信号処理回路が、前記警報信号送信回路を開始して対応する前記区間内の前記機関車に警報信号を送るためのトリガ信号を同時に出力するようにし、前記機関車内に配置された警報信号受信及び応答装置がこの警報信号を受け取って、警告するか、さもなければ対策をとる、方法。
- 鉄道車両の運行密度を向上させ、かつ正面衝突及び追突を防ぐ、請求項1に記載の方法であって、機関車通過検出警報装置(Mi)の信号処理回路が、全範囲センサ構成要素の信号出力端子に接続された機関車通過誘導信号生成回路(IC1)、及び「1」優先設定双安定回路(IC2)を備え、前記「1」優先設定双安定回路(IC2)の「1」設定端子が、前記機関車通過センサ信号生成回路(IC1)の出力端子に接続され、前記「1」優先設定双安定回路(IC2)の「0」設定端子が第1のORゲートに接続され、前記「1」優先設定双安定回路(IC2)の出力端子が「AND」ゲートの入力端子に接続され、前記「AND」ゲートの他方の入力端子が第2のORゲートに接続され、前記「AND」ゲートの出力端子が、警報信号送信回路(IC3)のトリガ端子に接続され、前記第1のORゲート及び前記第2のORゲートの2つの入力端子がそれぞれ、前方に隣接する機関車通過検出警報装置(Mi+1)内の前記「1」優先設定双安定回路(IC2)の出力端子、及び後方に隣接する機関車通過検出警報装置(Mi−1)内の前記「1」優先設定双安定回路(IC2)の出力端子に接続される、方法。
