Description
入射UV励起下の十分な量子収量によって提供される高輝度;
ヘイズが2%を超えず、光透過が70%を上回るような透明性;
合わせガラスの構成要素である熱可塑性箔との化学的適合性;
特に、たとえば、DIN6167規格に準じて「黄色度指数」試験と呼ばれるものによって測定される、発光団がガラス中で高濃度に含まれる場合の、中間色;
特に、本分野でArizona(登録商標)試験によって測定されるような、入射太陽UV光下での老化試験における最大耐久性;および、
特に、cd/m2で測定される初期輝度が2分の1に低減されるときに観測される時間によって測定されるような、入射集中UV光(特にレーザー光)下での老化試験における最大耐久性。

Φは、少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル(OH)基に置換されたベンゼン環を表し、
Rは、1〜10個の炭素原子、好ましくは1〜5個の炭素原子、特に1〜2個の炭素原子を含んでなる炭化水素鎖であり、かつ、
xは、1または2に等しい)。
a)像の許容可能な鮮鋭度;
b)運転手に識別可能な程度に十分な発光強度;
c)ANSI Z26.1‐1996規格に準じて測定された、2%未満またはさらには1%未満の、フロントガラス上にフィルムを貼付することによって生ずるヘイズ;および、
d)70%を超える、好ましくは75%を超える光透過。
ヘイズは、自動車規格ANSI Z26.1(1996)に準じて測定した;
ガラスの耐熱性は、欧州規格ECE R43 A3/5に記載されている試験に従って測定した;
入射UV太陽放射に対する耐久性は、90℃の温度でISO4892(第2部)規格にしたがって、太陽放射をシミュレートするために、キセノンアークランプによって放射される光にガラスを暴露することからなる、Arizona(登録商標)試験によって測定した。かかる暴露によって、発光団を加速老化させる。太陽放射下で試験した種々の発光団の耐久性を、初期輝度が2分の1に低減するのに必要な時間を測定して、直接かつ簡便に評価し比較した;
上述のアリゾナ試験へのガラスの400時間の暴露後に、DIN6167規格による「黄色度指数」試験にしたがって、ガラスの着色を測定した;並びに
励起UVレーザー光に対する耐久性を、次に示す方法によって測定した:
200mWの出力強度および405nmの波長のレーザービームを、約2mm2の面積上に、発光団層を含んでなるガラスの一部に直接照射した。放射された光スポットに輝度計を向けて、cd/m2の輝度を連続的に測定した。
光放射の初期単色輝度(約数百cd/m2の単色輝度は、上述するように、スポットが通常の日照条件下における道路を見る運転手によって完全に見ることができるために、十分であると判断される);
たとえば、車両の運転手によって識別される、放射された光および色の最大波長;および
初期輝度が2分の1に低減するのに必要な時間(この値は、本発明にしたがって、入射集中光下における発光団の耐久性を特徴付ける)。
ヘイズは、自動車規格ANSI Z26.1(1996)に準じて測定した;
ガラスの耐熱性は、欧州規格ECE R43 A3/5に説明されている試験に従って測定した;
入射UV太陽放射への耐久性は、(登録商標)試験によって測定した;
上述のアリゾナ試験へのガラスの400時間の暴露後に、DIN 6167規格による「黄色度指数」試験によって、ガラスの着色を測定した;並びに
励起UVレーザー光に対する耐久性は、次に示す方法によって測定した:
100mWの出力強度および405nmの波長のレーザービームを、約5×5mm2の面積の空の正方形上に、発光団層を含んでなるガラスの一部に直接照射した。この試験時のレーザーとガラスの間の距離は、58cmであった。輝度計を放射された光スポットに向けて、cd/m2の輝度を連続的に測定した。得られた結果を次の表2に示す。
Claims (14)
- 車両用フロントガラスタイプまたは建築用透明板ガラスタイプの、情報表示のための合わせガラスであって、該合わせガラスは、熱成形可能な材料の中間層、または該中間層を組み込んだ多層箔によって共に結合された、無機ガラスまたはポリカーボネートを含むプラスチックの、少なくとも2つの透明なシートのアセンブリを含んでなり、ヒドロキシテレフタラート型の発光団材料が、酸化防止添加剤と組み合わせて、該中間層に組み込まれ、該表示が可能になることを特徴とする、前記合わせガラス。
- 前記発光団が、ジエチル‐2,5‐ジヒドロキシテレフタラートである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記酸化防止添加剤がフェニルアミン類に属する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記酸化防止添加剤がジフェニルアミン類に属する、請求項5に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記酸化防止添加剤が、少なくとも2つのOH官能基を含んだ少なくとも1つのベンゼン環を含んでなる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記酸化防止添加剤がレゾルシノール類に属する、請求項7に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記酸化防止添加剤がピロカテコール類に属する、請求項7に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記酸化防止添加剤がヒドロキノン類に属する、請求項7に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記酸化防止添加剤がピロガロール類に属する、請求項7に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記酸化防止添加剤がフロログルシノール類に属する、請求項7に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記中間層を構成する熱成形可能な材料が、PVB、可塑化PVC、ポリウレタン(PU)、およびエチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)からなる群より選択される、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 透明ガラス上に像を表示するためのデバイスであって、該デバイスは、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の合わせガラスと、レーザー型の集中されたUV光を発生させる源とを含んでなり、その放射が350nm〜410nmであり、かつ、該UV光が、ヒドロキシテレフタラート型の発光団層を含んでなる該合わせガラスの一つまたは複数の領域に向けられている、デバイス。
