Claims (17)
- 使用時間計器を備える電気自動車充電ステーションで電気自動車を充電する方法であって、
電気自動車と電気自動車充電ステーションとの間の充電セッションのための要求を前記電気自動車の操作者から受信する段階であって、前記要求が前記操作者に関連付けされた識別子を含む、段階と、
前記電気自動車と前記電気自動車充電ステーションとの間で前記充電セッションを確立する段階であって、前記電気自動車は確立された充電セッションの間に充電可能である、段階と、
前記電気自動車の前記操作者に関連付けされた前記識別子に基づいて、電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバから使用時間定義をネットワークを通じて受信する段階であって、前記使用時間定義が、前記電気自動車の前記操作者に特定される又は前記操作者が所属するグループに特定される使用時間計器についての複数の期間を示す、段階と、
前記使用時間定義を受信したことに応じて、前記複数の期間を前記使用時間計器にプログラムする段階と、
前記充電セッションのアクティブ時に、前記使用時間計器にプログラムされた前記複数の期間に関するエネルギ測定値を計測する段階と、
を含み、
前記使用時間計器は、前記期間に異なる料金体系を適用できるよう前記期間におけるエネルギ測定値を計測する方法。 - 課金のために、前記充電セッションに関する前記計算されたエネルギ測定値を前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバへ伝達する段階を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記充電セッションを確立する段階は、
前記電気自動車の操作者の代わりに充電セッションをリクエストする前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバに、前記電気自動車の前記操作者に関連付けされた前記識別子を含むメッセージを伝達する段階と、
前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバから前記充電セッションが認可されたことを示す応答を受信する段階と、
前記応答の受信に対応して、前記電気自動車充電ステーションと前記電気自動車との間の電流の流れを可能にする段階と、
を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 複数の期間に対応する複数の料金体系を受信する段階と、
限度に達すると充電セッションを終了する段階と、
を更に含み、
前記複数の料金体系は、前記電気自動車の操作者に特有であり、前記電気自動車充電ステーションは、電力会社が運用する電力網から電力を供給し、前記複数の料金体系は、別の電力会社から電力が供給される異なる電気自動車充電ステーションの前記操作者に適用可能であり、
前記限度は、前記期間の各々のエネルギ測定値及び前記期間の前記料金体系に基づき、前記限度は、合計金額及びクレジットシステムの場合はクレジット金額の1つである、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記料金体系は、前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバ及び前記電気自動車の操作者から受信する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 電力会社から電力が供給される電気自動車充電ステーションで電気自動車を充電する方法であって、
確立された充電セッションの間に充電可能な電気自動車と電気自動車充電ステーションとの間で充電セッションを確立する段階と、
前記充電セッション時に前記電気自動車が消費する電力量を表す、前記充電セッションに関する1つ又はそれ以上のエネルギ測定値を計算する段階と、
前記1つ又はそれ以上のエネルギ測定値を電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバに伝達する段階と、
前記1つ又はそれ以上のエネルギ測定値を前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバにおいて受信する段階と、
前記電気自動車の操作者に特有の1つ又はそれ以上の料金体系に基づく課金を前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバにおいて実行する段階と、
を含み、前記電気自動車の操作者に特有の前記1つ又はそれ以上の料金体系は、異なる電力会社から電力が供給される異なる電気自動車充電ステーションに適用可能になっている方法。 - 前記充電セッションを確立する段階は、
前記電気自動車の操作者から充電セッションのリクエストを受信する段階と、
認証のために前記リクエストを前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバへ伝達する段階と、
前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバから前記充電セッションが認可されたことを示す応答を受信する段階と、
前記応答の受信に対応して、前記電気自動車充電ステーションと前記電気自動車との間の電流の流れを可能にする段階と、
を更に含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバ及び前記電気自動車の操作者の1つから、前記電気自動車の操作者に特有の1つ又はそれ以上の料金体系を受信する段階と、
限度に達した場合に充電セッションを終了する段階と、
を更に含み、前記限度は、前記1つ又はそれ以上のエネルギ測定値及び前記1つ又はそれ以上の料金体系に基づき、前記限度は、合計金額及びクレジットシステムの場合はクレジット金額の1つである、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記電気自動車の操作者に特有の少なくとも2つの料金体系が存在し、電気自動車充電ステーションの使用時間計器における少なくとも2つの期間の測定値に基づく充電セッションに関する少なくとも2つのエネルギ測定値が存在する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つの期間は、電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバから受信する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 電力会社が運用する電力網に結合される電力供給ラインに電気自動車を結合するための充電ポイント接続部と、
複数の異なる期間に関する計測値を提供するためのプログラム可能な使用時間計器と、
電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバと通信するための送受信機と
前記プログラム可能な使用時間計器及び前記送受信機と結合する、1つ又はそれ以上の制御モジュールと、
を備え、前記1つ又はそれ以上の制御モジュールは、
充電を要求する電気自動車の操作者に関する識別子に基づいて選択される使用時間定義であって、前記電気自動車の前記操作者に特定され、かつ、複数の期間を示す使用時間定義を電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバから受信することと、
前記プログラム可能な使用時間計器を複数の期間でプログラムすること、
前記充電ポイント接続部を通電させて前記充電ポイント接続部を通って電流が流れるようにすること、及び、
前記期間に関するエネルギ測定値を計算すること、
を実行するようになっている、電気自動車を充電するための電気自動車充電ステーション。 - 前記1つ又はそれ以上の制御モジュールは、課金のためにエネルギ測定値を電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバに伝達する、請求項11に記載の電気自動車充電ステーション。
- 前記複数の期間に関する複数の料金体系は、前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバから受信するようになっており、前記複数の料金体系の少なくともいくつかは、個々の電気自動車の操作者に特有であり、異なる電力会社から電力が供給される異なる電気自動車充電ステーションに適用可能であり、前記1つ又はそれ以上の制御モジュールは、前記エネルギ測定値及び前記期間の料金体系の適切な1つに基づく充電セッションが限度に達したことに基づいて、前記充電ポイント接続部を非通電とする、請求項12に記載の電気自動車充電ステーション。
- 電気自動車を充電する複数の電気自動車充電ステーションを備え、
前記複数の電気自動車充電ステーションのうちの各々は異なる電力会社から電力が供給され、各々の電気自動車充電ステーションは、充電セッションに関するエネルギ測定値を計算して、該計算したエネルギ測定値を電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバに伝達するようになっており、
前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバは、前記複数の電気自動車充電ステーションの各々に結合され、前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバは、受信したエネルギ測定値に対して適切な電気自動車の操作者に特有の料金体系を適用することを含む課金を行い、
前記適用された料金体系は、電気自動車の特定の操作者に関連付けされた識別子に基づいて適切であるように決定され、
各々の電気自動車の操作者に特有の適切な料金体系は、前記電気自動車充電ステーションに電力を供給するかに関係なく前記複数の電気自動車充電ステーションの各々に適用され、電気自動車充電システム。 - 前記複数の電気自動車充電ステーションのうちの少なくともいくつかは、複数の異なる期間に関する計測値を提供する使用時間計器を更に備え、前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバは、前記異なる期間を前記電気自動車充電ステーションに提供する、請求項14に記載の電気自動車充電システム。
- 前記異なる期間は、個々の電気自動車の操作者に特有である、請求項15に記載の電気自動車充電システム。
- 前記電気自動車充電ステーションネットワークサーバは、適切な電気自動車の操作者に特有の価格を電気自動車充電ステーションに提供するようになっており、前記電気自動車充電ステーションは、前記充電セッションの限度に達したことに基づいて充電セッションを終了し、前記限度は、エネルギ測定値及び電気自動車の操作者に特有の価格に基づいている、請求項15に記載の電気自動車充電システム。
