Claims (4)
- 重量基準で、C:0.06%以上0.08%以下、B:0.016%以上0.035%以下、Hf:0.2%以上0.3%以下、Cr:6.9%以上7.3%以下、Mo:0.7%以上1.0%以下、W:7.0%以上9.0%以下、Re:1.2%以上1.6%以下、Ta:8.5%以上9.5%以下、Nb:0.6%以上1.0%以下、Al:4.9%以上5.2%以下、Co:0.8%以上1.2%以下、及び残部が実質的にNiでなる単結晶耐熱合金で形成された翼基材の表面に、前記翼基材側から順に、拡散バリア層、金属層、ボンドコート及びトップコートが積層され、
前記金属層と前記ボンドコートとの界面には、前記金属層へのブラスト処理による粗面が形成され、
前記金属層の厚さが5−30μmであることを特徴とする発電用ガスタービン翼。 - 前記拡散バリア層は、Re、Cr及びNiを含む金属間化合物で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の発電用ガスタービン翼。
- 請求項1または2に記載の発電用ガスタービン翼を備えたことを特徴とする発電用ガスタービン。
- 重量基準で、C:0.06%以上0.08%以下、B:0.016%以上0.035%以下、Hf:0.2%以上0.3%以下、Cr:6.9%以上7.3%以下、Mo:0.7%以上1.0%以下、W:7.0%以上9.0%以下、Re:1.2%以上1.6%以下、Ta:8.5%以上9.5%以下、Nb:0.6%以上1.0%以下、Al:4.9%以上5.2%以下、Co:0.8%以上1.2%以下、及び残部が実質的にNiでなる単結晶耐熱合金で形成された翼基材の表面に、前記翼基材側から順に、拡散バリア層、金属層、ボンドコート及びトップコートが積層され、前記金属層と前記ボンドコートとの界面には、前記金属層へのブラスト処理による粗面が形成され、前記金属層の厚さが5−30μmである、発電用ガスタービン翼の製造方法であって、前記翼基材の表面に前記拡散バリア層を形成する工程と、前記拡散バリア層の表面に前記金属層を形成する工程と、前記金属層の表面に前記ブラスト処理を行う工程と、前記ボンドコート及び前記トップコートを溶射により形成する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする発電用ガスタービン翼の製造方法。
