【解決手段】 皮膜系(20)は、ロジウム約25〜約90原子%、アルミニウム約10〜約60原子%、任意成分として白金、パラジウム、ルテニウム及びイリジウムからなる群から選択される1種以上の白金族金属合計約25原子%以下、任意成分として基材(22)の母材及び合金成分約20原子%以下を含有するB2相RhAl金属間化合物を主成分とするオーバーレイ皮膜(24,32)を含む。RhAl金属間化合物皮膜(24,32)は、外側セラミック皮膜(26)と共に又はセラミック皮膜なしで、耐環境皮膜(24)として、耐環境皮膜(24)用の拡散障壁層(32)として、又はその両方として役立てることができる。

Description
セラミック層26は、基材22及び動翼10に所要の熱的保護を与えるのに十分な厚さ、一般に約75〜約300μmの程度に堆積されるが、これより薄くても厚くてもよい。セラミック層(TBC)26を含む皮膜系20に関して説明してきたが、本発明はセラミック皮膜のない皮膜系にも適用でき、この場合ボンドコート24が皮膜系20の最外層であり、耐環境皮膜と呼ばれる。
Claims (10)
- 母材と合金成分を含む基材(22)上の皮膜系(20)であって、皮膜系(20)が基材(22)上のオーバーレイ皮膜(24,32)を含んでおり、
オーバーレイ皮膜(24,32)が、ロジウム約25〜約90原子%、アルミニウム約10〜約60原子%、任意成分として白金、パラジウム、ルテニウム及びイリジウムからなる群から選択される1種以上の白金族金属合計約25原子%以下、及び任意成分として基材(22)の母材及び合金成分約20原子%以下を含むB2相RhAl金属間化合物を主成分とすることを特徴とする皮膜系(20)。 - オーバーレイ皮膜(24,32)は、皮膜系(20)の最外表面を画成する耐環境皮膜(24)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の皮膜系(20)。
- オーバーレイ皮膜(24,32)がボンドコート(24)であって、皮膜系(20)がボンドコート(24)上にセラミックコーティング(26)をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の皮膜系(20)。
- オーバーレイ皮膜(24,32)が拡散障壁層(32)であり、皮膜系(20)が拡散障壁層(32)上に第2の皮膜(24)をさらに含んでおり、拡散障壁層(32)が第2の皮膜(24)と基材(22)の間の相互拡散を防ぐことを特徴とする請求項1記載の皮膜系(20)。
- 第2の皮膜(24)が1種以上の白金族金属を含み、拡散障壁層(32)が、第2の皮膜(24)から基材(22)への白金族金属の拡散及び基材(22)から第2の皮膜(24)への母材及び合金成分の拡散を防ぐことを特徴とする請求項4記載の皮膜系(20)。
- 第2の皮膜(24)がボンドコート(24)であって、皮膜系(20)がボンドコート(24)上にセラミックコーティング(26)をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5記載の皮膜系(20)。
- 基材(22)の母材及び合金成分がニッケル、クロム、コバルト及びタンタルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の皮膜系(20)。
- オーバーレイ皮膜(24,32)が、ロジウム約40〜約75原子%、アルミニウム約25〜約55原子%、任意成分として白金、パラジウム、ルテニウム及びイリジウムからなる群から選択される1種以上の白金族金属合計約10原子%以下、及び任意成分として基材(22)の母材及び合金成分約15原子%以下を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の皮膜系(20)。
- オーバーレイ皮膜(24,32)がB2相RhAl金属間化合物材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の皮膜系(20)。
- 基材(22)がガスタービンエンジン部品(10)の一部であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の皮膜系(20)。
