Claims (5)
- 燃焼機関の排気システム(4)用排気ガス処理装置であって、
少なくとも一つの内部空間(3)を含むハウジング(2)、及び
途切れることなく前記内部空間(3)を貫通するとともに、互いに離間した二つの固定位置(6、7)において周方向に沿って前記ハウジング(2)に接続固定された少なくとも一つの貫通パイプ(5)を備え、
前記貫通パイプ(5)は、前記固定位置(6、7)間において少なくとも一つの膨張調整部(8)を有するとともに、該膨張調整部(8)内において、前記貫通パイプ(5)の壁(10)は、前記壁(10)を貫通しているスリット(12)と、前記貫通パイプ(5)の隣接した壁部(13、14)よりも突出しているストリップ(11)とをそれぞれ複数有し、
前記膨張調整部(8)は前記固定位置(6、7)間における前記貫通パイプ(5)の一部と一体に設けられ、
前記貫通パイプ(5)の前記周方向において、前記ストリップ(11)及び前記スリット(12)が交互に複数設けられるとともに、隣接する前記ストリップ(11)間には前記スリット(12)のみが設けられ、
前記貫通パイプ(5)の長手方向において、前記スリット(12)の長さは前記膨張調整部(8)と同じ長さであることを特徴とする排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記ストリップ(11)は、前記固定位置(6、7)を介して前記貫通パイプ(5)に導入される引張り力および圧縮力(15)をばね弾性的に吸収するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記ストリップ(11)は波形状に湾曲又はジグザグ形状に屈曲しており、又は、
前記ストリップ(11)は波形状に湾曲又はジグザグ形状に屈曲し、さらに、前記膨張調整部(8)内において前記ストリップ(11)は前記貫通パイプ(5)の前記長手方向の中心軸(9)に関して外側または内側に向かって一方向に湾曲または屈曲するように設けることが可能であり、又は、
前記ストリップ(11)は波形状に湾曲又はジグザグ形状に屈曲し、さらに、前記膨張調整部(8)内において前記ストリップ(11)は前記貫通パイプ(5)の前記長手方向の中心軸(9)に関して複数回湾曲または屈曲しているとともに、外側に向かって湾曲または屈曲している少なくとも一つの領域(31)と、内側に向かって湾曲または屈曲している少なくとも一つの領域(32)とを有しているように設けることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記排気ガス処理装置(1)は消音器であり、および/または、
前記各固定位置(6、7)はそれぞれ溶接接続により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記ストリップ(11)は前記長手方向の中心軸(9)に対して平行に伸びていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
