Description
本願は、米国仮特許出願第61/326,206号(2010年4月20日出願)の優先権を主張し、この出願の開示は、その全体が本明細書に参照することによって援用される。
本開示は、概して、通信デバイス動作に関し、より具体的には、通信デバイスにおける干渉を管理する方法および装置に関する。
例えば、本願発明は以下の項目を提供する。

前記同調可能リアクタンス回路は、一定時間にわたって測定された電圧定在波比(VSWR)データ、振幅変調、伝送および非伝送の間に測定された反射入力、標準偏差外の位相測定、測定と予測との伝送電力レベル変化の比較、および同調状態間の反射損失における測定と予測との改善の比較のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記検出された測定の有効性を決定するように動作可能である、項目1に記載の整合ネットワーク。

Claims (32)
- 整合ネットワークであって、
該整合ネットワークは、通信デバイスの送信機部分および受信機部分のうちの少なくとも1つに結合されるように構成された同調可能リアクタンス回路を含み、
該同調可能リアクタンス回路は、RF信号を受信するように構成され、
該同調可能リアクタンス回路は、複数の同調状態に調節可能であり、同調状態の決定は、
該RF信号の測定結果が無効であると決定されるか否かに基づき、かつ、該同調可能リアクタンス回路の開ループまたは閉ループのフィードバック構成のうちの少なくとも1つからの情報に基づき、
該RF信号の測定結果が期待された範囲内でない場合、該RF信号の測定結果が無効であると決定される、整合ネットワーク。 - 前記同調状態の決定は、前記通信デバイスのコントローラによって行われる、請求項1に記載の整合ネットワーク。

- 反射損失における測定と予測との改善の比較に基づいて、前記RF信号の測定結果が有効であるか否かを決定するためのコンピュータ命令を含む、請求項11に記載の記憶媒体。
- 前記整合ネットワークは、1つ以上の電圧同調可能キャパシタ、1つ以上の半導体バラクタ、1つ以上の微小電気機械システム(MEMS)バラクタ、1つ以上の半導体スイッチトキャパシタ、1つ以上のMEMSスイッチトキャパシタ、1つ以上の強誘電体キャパシタのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項11に記載の記憶媒体。
- 通信デバイスとの干渉を検出することと、
該干渉の検出に基づいて、該通信デバイスの可変整合ネットワークの同調状態を決定することと、
該干渉が検出されない場合、閉ループのフィードバック構成からの情報に基づいて、該同調状態を異なる同調状態に変化させることと、
該干渉が検出される場合、最後の既知の有効同調状態を利用することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記可変整合ネットワークの開ループまたは閉ループのフィードバック構成のうちの少なくとも1つからの情報に基づいて、前記同調状態を決定することを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 一定時間にわたって測定された電圧定在波比(VSWR)データ、振幅変調、伝送および非伝送の間に測定された反射入力、所定の偏差外の位相測定、測定と予測との伝送電力レベル変化の比較、反射損失における測定と予測との改善の比較のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記干渉を検出することを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 通信デバイスであって、
該通信デバイスは、可変整合ネットワークの同調状態を決定するためのコントローラを含み、該コントローラは、該通信デバイスの受信機部分および送信機部分のうちの少なくとも1つの1つ以上の動作特性を制御し、
該コントローラは、
干渉体の存在を検出することと、
該干渉体が存在するか否かに基づいて、かつ、開ループまたは閉ループのフィードバック構成のうちの少なくとも1つからの情報に基づいて、該同調状態を決定することと、
該干渉体が存在しない場合、該閉ループのフィードバック構成からの情報に基づいて、該同調状態を異なる同調状態に変化させることと、
該干渉体が存在する場合、以前に決定された同調状態を利用することと
を行うように動作可能である、通信デバイス。 - 前記コントローラは、一定時間にわたって測定された電圧定在波比(VSWR)データ、振幅変調、伝送および非伝送の間に測定された反射入力、所定の偏差外の位相測定、測定と予測との伝送電力レベル変化の比較、反射損失における測定と予測との改善の比較のうちの少なくとも1つに基づいて、前記干渉体の存在を決定するように動作可能である、請求項24に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記可変整合ネットワークは、電圧同調可能誘電体および方向性結合器を含み、該方向性結合器は、フィルタと動作可能に接続されている、請求項24に記載の通信デバイス。
- 前記可変整合ネットワークは、同調可能誘電率を有する1つ以上のキャパシタ、1つ以上の微小電気機械システム(MEMS)スイッチと1つ以上の半導体スイッチのうちの1つとによって制御される固定静電容量の1つ以上のキャパシタのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項24に記載の通信デバイス。
- 通信デバイスとの干渉を検出することと、
該干渉に関連付けられたパラメータに基づいて、該通信デバイスの可変整合ネットワークの同調状態を決定することと、
該決定された同調状態に基づいて、該可変整合ネットワークを調節することと、
該干渉が存在しない場合、最後の既知の同調状態に基づいて、該可変整合ネットワークを調節することと
を含む、方法。 - 通信デバイスとの干渉を検出することであって、該干渉は、別の通信デバイスによって生じさせられる、ことと、
該検出された干渉に基づいて、該通信デバイスの可変整合ネットワークの同調状態を決定することと、
該干渉が存在しない場合、最後の既知の同調状態に基づいて、該可変整合ネットワークを調節することと
を含む、方法。 - 非一時的なコンピュータ読み取り可能な記憶媒体であって、該記憶媒体は、
通信デバイスとの干渉を決定することと、
該干渉に関連付けられたパラメータに基づいて、該通信デバイスの可変整合ネットワークの同調状態を調節することと、
該干渉が存在しない場合、最後の既知の同調状態に基づいて、該可変整合ネットワークを調節することと
を行うためのコンピュータ命令を含む、記憶媒体。 - 前記パラメータは、発生の周波数、継続時間、振幅のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項30に記載の記憶媒体。
- 整合ネットワークであって、
該整合ネットワークは、通信デバイスの送信機部分および受信機部分のうちの少なくとも1つに結合されるように構成された同調可能リアクタンス回路を含み、
該同調可能リアクタンス回路は、複数の同調状態に調節可能であり、同調状態の決定は、検出された干渉に関連付けられたパラメータに基づき、該検出された干渉が存在しない場合、該同調状態を調節することは、最後の既知の同調状態に基づく、整合ネットワーク。
