Description
本発明の複合防水構造体の施工方法の好適な実施形態を以下に説明する。本実施形態の複合防水構造体の施工方法は、トーチバーナーで合成樹脂フィルム面を炙ったアスファルト系防水シートの炙り面を構造物に敷設する敷設工程と、アスファルト系防水シートの合成樹脂フィルムに接しない側の改質アスファルト面に、水性アクリル樹脂エマルジョンを塗布し、硬化させて、アクリル樹脂塗膜層を形成する塗布硬化工程とを有する複合防水構造体の施工方法である。また、アスファルト系防水シートは、改質アスファルト、不織布、改質アスファルト、合成樹脂フィルムの順で積層一体化したアスファルト系防水シートであれば特に制限なく使用できるが、JIS A 6013「改質アスファルトルーフィング」に適合したものが好ましい。
本実施形態に係るアスファルト系防水シートは、改質アスファルト、不織布、改質アスファルト、合成樹脂フィルムの順で積層一体化したアスファルト系防水シートである。
酸化重合したものである。ストレートアスファルトの軟化点やせん断力を改善するために必要に応じて用いることができる。針入度(25℃)は、好ましくは0以上、且つ40以下であり、さらに好ましくは5を超え、且つ30以下であり、特に好ましくは10を超え、且つ20以下である。
1)不織布
・ポリエステル製不織布(目付:140g/m2)
2)改質アスファルト
・改質アスファルト(ストレートアスファルトをポリオレフィン系合成樹脂で改質、粘度(190℃):4500mPa・s、軟化点:152℃、針入度(25℃):25)
3)合成樹脂フィルム
・ポリエチレン樹脂フィルム(厚み10μm)
4)水性アクリル樹脂エマルジョン
・樹脂A(亜細亜工業社製、スチレン/(メタ)クリル酸誘導体共重合体エマルジョン、ガラス転移温度(Tg):−33℃)
・樹脂B(スズカファイン社製、スチレン/(メタ)クリル酸誘導体共重合体エマルジョン、ガラス転移温度(Tg):1℃)
・樹脂C(スズカファイン社製、スチレン/(メタ)クリル酸誘導体共重合体エマルジョン、ガラス転移温度(Tg):3℃)
・樹脂D(スズカファイン社製、スチレン/(メタ)クリル酸誘導体共重合体エマルジョン、ガラス転移温度(Tg):10℃)
・樹脂E(亜細亜工業社製、スチレン/(メタ)クリル酸誘導体共重合体エマルジョン、ガラス転移温度(Tg):20℃)
幅1.0m、長さ1.5mの不織布を中間層(基材)として、190℃の改質アスファルトに含浸し、4.0mmの厚みになるよう調製した。その次に、片面に合成樹脂フィルムを張合わせ、アスファルト系防水シートを得た。
23℃恒温室にて、表1に示すように、上記アスファルト系防水シートに、水性アクリル樹脂エマルジョン(樹脂A〜E)をそれぞれ2回ずつ所定量塗布し、6時間(6h)気中養生した後に水中に浸漬する条件と、4日間(4d)気中養生した後に水中に浸漬する条件にて、24時間(24h)後及び48時間(48h)後の表面状態を目視及び指触にて確認した。
23℃恒温室にて、表1に示すように、上記アスファルト系防水シートに、水性アクリル樹脂エマルジョン(樹脂A〜E)をそれぞれ2回ずつ所定量塗布し、6時間気中養生した後、ベントナイト試薬(ベントナイト:炭カル:水(蒸留水)=100:200:800)をアクリル樹脂塗膜層の上に100mmφ(10g)塗布し、60℃乾燥機中で養生する。24時間毎に蒸留水を散布し、7回繰り返した後(60℃、7サイクル)の表面状態を目視にて確認した。

Claims (2)
- 改質アスファルト、不織布、改質アスファルト、合成樹脂フィルムの順で積層し、一体化したアスファルト系防水シートであって、
前記アスファルト系防水シートを用いて、前記合成樹脂フィルム面をトーチバーナーで炙り、該アスファルト系防水シートの炙り面を構造物に敷設する敷設工程と、
前記アスファルト系防水シートの前記合成樹脂フィルムに接しない側の改質アスファルト面に、水性アクリル樹脂エマルジョンを塗布し、硬化させて、アクリル樹脂塗膜層を形成する塗布硬化工程と、を有し、
前記改質アスファルトは、改質剤としてポリオレフィン系合成樹脂を含み、該改質アスファルトの軟化点は、100〜160℃であり、該改質アスファルトの針入度は25℃において15超え35以下であり、
前記水性アクリル樹脂エマルジョン中に含まれる合成樹脂成分のガラス転移温度(Tg)が、1〜6℃の範囲であり、
前記水性アクリル樹脂エマルジョンは、スチレン/(メタ)クリル酸誘導体共重合体エマルジョンである、
複合防水構造体の施工方法。 - 前記合成樹脂フィルムは、ポリオレフィン樹脂フィルムである請求項1に記載の複合防水構造体の施工方法。
