Description
ここで、NOxコントローラ設置部28aを天板28の基準面Aから段差Bを持って低くなる段落ち部として形成したことから、NOxコントローラ26を熱源(装置本体及びテールパイプ)から遠ざけることができる。これにより、熱に対する防護効果が一層高いものとなる。
(1) 図4に示すように、架台天板28のNOxコントローラ設置部28aを段落ち状とせずに他の部分と面一とし、その下面にNOxコントローラ26を取付けてもよい。

Claims (4)
- エンジン排ガスを処理する排ガス後処理装置として、尿素水を用いて排ガス中のNOxを低減するNOx還元装置を備え、このNOx還元装置は、尿素還元作用を行う装置本体と、この装置本体の排ガス出口側の端部に設けられたテールパイプと、尿素水の噴射量を制御する尿素水噴射制御部と、エンジン排ガス中のNOx量を検出するNOxセンサと、このNOxセンサからの信号をNOx情報として尿素噴射制御部に送るNOxコントローラを有する建設機械において、油圧ポンプと、上記油圧ポンプを跨いで設けられて上記装置本体を支持する架台とを備え、この架台は天板と、この天板を支える脚部から成り、上記装置本体及び上記テールパイプは上記天板上に設けられ、上記NOxコントローラは、上から見たときに上記装置本体及び上記油圧ポンプから外れた位置で、上記天板の下面に、天板によって全体が上から覆われる状態で設けられていることを特徴とする建設機械。
- 上記天板の一部をNOxコントローラ設置部として、このNOxコントローラ設置部を、天板における上記装置本体を支持する基準面から段差を持って低くなる段落ち部として形成し、NOxコントローラを、上記NOxコントローラ設置部の下面に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の建設機械。
- 上記架台の天板における上記テールパイプが設けられた側の端部を上記NOxコントローラ設置部としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の建設機械。
- 上記NOxコントローラを、上記天板下面との間に空気層が形成される状態で設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械。
