Description
本実施の形態では、電池として二次電池の1例である非水電解液二次電池(より具体的にはリチウムイオン電池)を例示して説明する。
図1には、非水電解液二次電池の斜視図が示されている。本実施の形態の非水電解液二次電池RBは、有底筒状、具体的には有底矩形筒状の缶体1と、蓋部2とからなる蓄電素子筐体としての電池筐体BC(以下において、単に「筐体BC」と称する)を有している。筐体BCは、缶体1の開放面に蓋部2を被せて溶接されている。
以下、本発明の別実施形態を列記する。
(1)上述の実施の形態では、集電体4,6の第2姿勢部分SPにおいて発電要素3を支持して、その発電要素3の荷重をリベット8,15の固定箇所で受ける構成とした場合を例示しているが、発電要素3の荷重をリベット8,15の固定箇所で受ける構成としない場合にも本発明を適用できる。

Claims (4)
- 蓄電素子筐体の内方側に配置された蓄電要素と、
前記蓄電素子筐体の外方側に配置された電極端子と、
前記蓄電素子筐体のうちの前記電極端子の配置面に沿って延出形成された第1姿勢部分と、その第1姿勢部分の端部から前記電極端子の存在側と反対側に延出形成された第2姿勢部分とを備え、前記第1姿勢部分に形成された開口及び前記蓄電素子筐体に形成された開口を貫通する固定部材により前記蓄電素子筐体に固定され、前記第2姿勢部分で前記蓄電要素を支持することにより、前記電極端子と前記蓄電要素を電気的に接続する集電体と、
前記第1姿勢部分のうちの前記蓄電要素の存在側に配置された補強用部材であって、自身に形成された開口に前記固定部材が貫通した状態で、前記第1姿勢部分と前記固定部材との間に挟み込まれて固定され、前記固定部材よりも前記第2姿勢部分側に長く延出する補強用部材と、
を備えている蓄電素子。 - 前記集電体の前記第1姿勢部分と前記補強用部材とが同一の金属材料で構成され、互いに接する状態で配置されている請求項1記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記集電体及び前記補強用部材は、板状部材にて形成されている請求項1又は2記載の蓄電素子。
- 前記補強用部材は、前記固定部材による固定箇所から、前記第1姿勢部分と前記第2姿勢部分との接続箇所に向かう方向を長手方向とする長方形形状に形成されている請求項3記載の蓄電素子。
