Claims (9)
- 容器と、前記容器内に収納される電極体と、電極端子と、前記電極端子と前記電極体とを電気的に接続する集電体と、前記容器の外部に配置され、前記容器と前記電極端子とを絶縁する絶縁部材とを備える蓄電素子であって、
前記容器は、その表面から前記容器の外方に突出する凸部を有し、
前記凸部は、前記電極端子に貫通される貫通孔が形成されており、
前記電極端子は、前記凸部を貫通した状態で、前記集電体と電気的に接続されており、
前記絶縁部材は、前記凸部と前記電極端子との間に配置される主部分と、前記凸部の側面の側方に、前記側面に沿って配置され、前記主部分の外縁から前記表面側に延びる側部とを有し、
前記絶縁部材は、圧着された状態において、前記側部の前記容器の前記表面側の下端端部が前記容器の前記表面から離隔している
蓄電素子。 - 前記電極端子は、少なくとも前記絶縁部材と前記容器の前記凸部とを圧着することにより、前記容器の前記貫通孔が形成される部分と前記電極端子との間を前記絶縁部材で密閉する
請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記電極端子は、
前記凸部の突出方向の外側に配置される板状の端子本体と、
前記端子本体の主面に交差する方向に延び、前記容器の前記貫通孔を貫通する柱状の接続部と、を有する
請求項1または2に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記電極端子は、
さらに、前記接続部の前記端子本体とは反対側の端部がかしめられることにより形成される、前記貫通孔の径よりも外径が大きいかしめ端を有し、
前記かしめ端および前記端子本体により、前記容器の凸部および前記絶縁部材を、挟み込んで圧着する
請求項3に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記絶縁部材の前記主部分は、
前記貫通孔と前記接続部との間に挟み込まれる筒状の筒部と、
前記容器の前記凸部と前記電極端子との間に挟み込まれ、かつ、前記筒部の端部から前記筒部の軸に交差する方向であって外側の方向に向かって拡がる板状の板部と、を有し、
前記側部は、前記板部の外縁から前記凸部の側面に沿って配置される
請求項3または4に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記凸部は、さらに、
前記貫通孔が形成され前記端子本体とともに前記板部を挟み込む頂部を有し、
前記側面が、前記頂部の外縁から前記表面を連続して接続する部分であり、
前記頂部の外縁形状は、非円形である
請求項5に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記側部は、前記凸部の側面の一部に沿って配置される第一側壁部と、前記第一側壁部とは前記凸部を挟んで反対側の前記凸部の側面の一部に沿って配置される第二側壁部とを有し、
前記第一側壁部と前記第二側壁部とは、前記容器の前記表面に近づくにつれて、互いに離れる方向に傾斜している
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記凸部は、前記第一側壁部に対向する第一側面と、前記第二側壁部に対向する第二側面とが互いに、前記表面に近づくにつれて、互いに離れる方向に傾斜しており、
前記第一側壁部と前記第二側壁部とが為す第一角度は、前記第一側面と前記第二側面とが為す第二角度以上である
請求項7に記載の蓄電素子。 - (i)表面から外方に突出する凸部を有する容器と、(ii)前記容器内に収納される電極体と、(iii)電極端子と、(iv)前記電極端子と前記電極体とを電気的に接続する集電体と、(v)前記凸部と前記電極端子との間に配置される主部分と、前記凸部の側面の側方に、前記側面に沿って配置され、前記主部分の外縁から前記表面側に延びる側部とを有し、かつ、前記容器の外部に配置され、前記容器と前記電極端子とを絶縁する絶縁部材と、を備える蓄電素子の製造方法であって、
前記容器と前記電極端子との間に前記絶縁部材を配置する配置工程と、
前記側部の前記容器の前記表面側の下端端部から前記容器の前記表面への押圧力が働かない範囲で、前記絶縁部材と前記容器の前記凸部とを前記電極端子で圧着する圧着工程と、を含む
蓄電素子の製造方法。
