1,1,1,3,5,5,5−ヘプタメチル−3−ポリエトキシプロピル−トリシロキサン湿潤剤及び3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン接着促進剤を、非イオン性界面活性剤によって安定化された水性脂肪族ポリウレタン分散系に添加し、非イオン性界面活性剤によって安定化されたPTFE粉末の水分散液と混合し、水52%と、PTFE38%と、ウレタンポリマー3.0%と、湿潤剤3.0%と、エポキシシラン接着促進剤1.0%と、(t−オクチルフェノキシ)ポリエトキシエタノール非イオン性界面活性剤3.0%とを含んだ減摩性塗膜組成物を形成した。
Imifabi HTP3の商標名で販売される平均粒径4μmのタルクを、PTFEとポリウレタンバインダとの分散系に混合したこと以外は、実施例1を繰り返した。減摩性塗膜の配合は、水50%、PTFE32%、タルク8.3%、ポリウレタン2.7%、湿潤剤3.0%、接着促進剤1.0%及び非イオン性界面活性剤3.0%であった。
脂肪族ポリウレタンと、2,5−フランジオン1−ブテンコポリマーとを、共溶媒を含んだアニオン性界面活性剤によって安定化した水中に分散させた。PTFE分散系を、得られた分散系と混合し、水45.0%と、PTFE26.0%と、ポリウレタン9.3%と、フランジオンブテンコポリマー8.3%と、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムアニオン性界面活性剤5.0%と、イソプロパノール3.0%と、N−メチルピロリドン2.6%と、ジプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル0.87%とを含んだ減摩性塗膜を形成した。
減摩性塗膜を、アルミニウム三水和物をタルクと共に添加することにより、実施例2の手順に従って調製した。得られた塗膜組成物は、水52部、PTFE38部、タルク10部、アルミニウム三水和物20部、ウレタンポリマー3.0部、湿潤剤2.0部、エポキシシラン接着促進剤1.0部及び(t−オクチルフェノキシ)ポリエトキシエタノール非イオン性界面活性剤3.0部を含んでいた。
Claims (15)
- 有機ポリマーバインダ中に分散した少なくとも1つの固体潤滑剤を含んだ減摩性塗膜によって上塗りされており、
前記有機ポリマーバインダが、ポリウレタン、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、アミノホルムアルデヒド樹脂、ビニル樹脂、ポリアミドイミド樹脂およびこれらの組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする、硬化したオルガノポリシロキサン組成物によって被覆されたエアバッグ。 - 前記分散した固体潤滑剤は、フルオロポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記分散した固体潤滑剤は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン及び/又はタルクを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記固体潤滑剤は、ポリウレタンバインダ中に分散していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記減摩性塗膜は、乾燥塗膜重量基準で20〜90%の固体潤滑剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記減摩性塗膜は、難燃剤として、5〜55重量%のアルミニウム三水和物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記減摩性塗膜の被覆量は、乾燥塗膜重量基準で1〜15g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグ。
- オルガノポリシロキサン組成物によって被覆されてオルガノポリシロキサンの下地塗りを形成する、エアバッグ又はエアバッグファブリックを被覆する方法であって、
前記エアバッグが、有機ポリマーバインダの分散系中に少なくとも1つの固体潤滑剤の水分散液を含んだ減摩性塗膜組成物によって上塗りされ、前記有機ポリマーバインダが、ポリウレタン、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、アミノホルムアルデヒド樹脂、ビニル樹脂、ポリアミドイミド樹脂およびこれらの組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記減摩性塗膜組成物は、前記有機ポリマーバインダの水分散液中に、固体フルオロポリマー及び/又はタルクの分散系を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記水分散液は、1〜3個のアルキルポリ(エチレンオキシ)シロキサン基(i)と、1〜4個のアルキルシロキサン基(ii)とを有するシロキサンポリエーテル湿潤剤を含み、及び/又は前記水分散液は、エポキシシラン又はアミノシラン接着促進剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項8又は9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記バッグ又はファブリックに下地塗りとして塗布された前記オルガノポリシロキサン組成物は、脂肪族不飽和炭化水素又はヒドロカルボノキシ置換基を有するオルガノポリシロキサンと、ケイ素が結合した少なくとも3つの水素原子を有する有機ケイ素架橋剤と、前記脂肪族不飽和炭化水素又はヒドロカルボノキシ置換基とSi−H基との反応を促進することのできる触媒と、補強充填剤とを含み、前記減摩性塗膜の塗布前に硬化することを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記オルガノポリシロキサンの下地塗りは、前記減摩性塗膜組成物の塗布前に硬化するか、又は前記減摩性塗膜組成物が未硬化のオルガノポリシロキサンの下地塗りに塗布され、前記オルガノポリシロキサンの下地塗り組成物と前記減摩性塗膜組成物との組み合わせが熱硬化する、請求項8〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 有機ポリマーバインダの分散系中に固体フルオロポリマーの水分散液を含み、該水分散液がシロキサンポリエーテル湿潤剤及び/又はエポキシシラン接着促進剤を含み、
前記有機ポリマーバインダが、ポリウレタン、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、アミノホルムアルデヒド樹脂、ビニル樹脂、ポリアミドイミド樹脂およびこれらの組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする減摩性塗膜組成物。 - 前記シロキサンポリエーテルは、1,1,1,3,5,5,5−ヘプタメチル−3−ポリエトキシプロピル−トリシロキサンであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の減摩性塗膜。
- ポリウレタン、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、アミノホルムアルデヒド樹脂、ビニル樹脂、ポリアミドイミド樹脂およびこれらの組み合わせから選択される有機ポリマーバインダ中に分散した固体潤滑剤を含んだ減摩性塗膜の、硬化したオルガノポリシロキサン組成物によって被覆されたエアバッグのための上塗りとしての使用。
