一种安全气囊，包括一个气袋、四个气体发生器、四个进气口、两个分隔壁；所述气袋被两个所述分隔壁分隔成四个气室，依次为第一气室、第二气室、第三气室及第四气室；每个气室内均设有一个所述气体发生器，每个所述气体发生器上均连接有所述进气口；所述气袋外围设有一层耐磨层。本发明的有益效果为：(1)该安全气囊充气效率高，能在相同的充气速度下，最短时间内达到气囊被充满，提高了整个安全气囊系统的安全指标；(2)气囊外围设有的耐磨层在一定程度上增加了气囊本身的抗冲击力，透气性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件领域，具体涉及一种安全气囊。
背景技术
是安全气囊系统一个辅助保护设备，它是用带橡胶衬里的特种织物尼龙制成，工作时用无害的氦气填充。在发生碰撞时，安全气囊充气大约需要0.03秒。非常快的充气速度对确保当乘客的身体被安全带束缚不动，而头部仍然向前行进时，安全气囊能及时到位。在头部碰到安全气囊时，安全气囊通过气囊表面的气孔开始排气。气体的排出有一定的速率，确保让人的身体部位缓慢地减速。由于安全气囊弹开充气的速度可高达320公里/小时，碰撞时如果人的乘坐姿势不正确，将给人带来严重的伤害。
所以，安全气囊的充气速度是安全系数最重要的参考因素，同时，安全气囊在充气状态下，是否耐冲击，抗压能力都是考虑的主要因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种安全气囊。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：
一种安全气囊，包括一个气袋、四个气体发生器、四个进气口、两个分隔壁；所述气袋被两个所述分隔壁分隔成四个气室，依次为第一气室、第二气室、第三气室及第四气室；每个气室内均设有一个所述气体发生器，每个所述气体发生器上均连接有所述进气口；所述气袋外围设有一层耐磨层。
进一步的，所述分隔壁呈S形状。
进一步的，所述耐磨层由聚酰胺纱线材料制成，所述耐磨层内为蜂窝状结构。
本发明的有益效果为：(1)该安全气囊充气效率高，能在相同的充气速度下，最短时间内达到气囊被充满，提高了整个安全气囊系统的安全指标；(2)气囊外围设有的耐磨层在一定程度上增加了气囊本身的抗冲击力，透气性强。

本实施例1中，一种安全气囊，包括一个气袋100、四个气体发生器200、四个进气口201、两个分隔壁300；所述气袋100被两个所述分隔壁300交错分隔成四个气室，依次为第一气室101、第二气室102、第三气室103及第四气室104；每个气室内均设有一个所述气体发生器200，每个所述气体发生器200上均连接有所述进气口201；所述气袋100外围设有一层耐磨层105。
实施例2，所述分隔壁300呈S形状。所述耐磨层105由聚酰胺纱线材料制成，所述耐磨层105内为蜂窝状结构。
由于设有四个气室，所以，在发生汽车碰撞的时候，所述气囊100中的所述第一气室101、第二气室102、第三气室103及第四气室104会同时被充气，这样的情况下，在相同的充气速度下，该气囊100充气的时间最短，比之前一个气囊的情况下，缩短了3-4倍的充气时间，为驾驶员安全提供了有力的保障。
所述耐磨层105中的聚酰胺纱线材料，在一定程度上增加了所述气囊100的透气性，增加了气囊100本身的抗冲击力。
本发明的有益效果为：(1)该安全气囊充气效率高，能在相同的充气速度下，最短时间内达到气囊被充满，提高了整个安全气囊系统的安全指标；(2)气囊外围设有的耐磨层在一定程度上增加了气囊本身的抗冲击力，透气性强。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全气囊，其特征在于：所述分隔壁呈S形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全气囊，其特征在于：所述耐磨层由聚酰胺纱线材料制成，所述耐磨层内为蜂窝状结构。
