Description
続いて、圧入装置の別実施形態を図6に基づいて説明する。図6は、本発明の別実施形態にかかる保持機構30の内部を示す側面図である。図6(a)は、圧入部材としての液温センサが正しく圧入された状態を示し、図6(b)は、正しく圧入されていない状態を示す。なお、上記実施形態の圧入装置10において、保持機構30の他は、支持部材21が基台11に固定された点が異なり、他の構成は同じであるため、圧入装置全体の図示は省略する。

Claims (2)
- 被圧入部材に、Oリングを介して圧入部材を圧入する圧入装置であって、
前記被圧入部材を支持する支持部材と、
上下方向に移動可能であって前記圧入部材を保持する保持部材と、
前記支持部材と前記保持部材との一方を弾性的に支持して、前記圧入部材の圧入にかかる荷重を受けるものであって、弾性力の最大値が、前記圧入部材の圧入にかかる力よりも大きく、かつ前記Oリングを切断する力よりも小さい弾性部材と、
前記保持部材を一定位置まで下降可能に構成した移動機構とを有する圧入装置。 - 前記保持部材が前記一定位置まで下降した状態で、前記圧入部材と前記被圧入部材とを抜け止めする抜け止め部材を組み付ける組み付け機構を有する請求項1に記載の圧入装置。
