また、本発明の別の態様による前立腺生検用の硬性鏡は、超音波を送受信する超音波送受部、前記超音波送受部を有する先端部、及び前記先端部の基端側に設けられ、所定の曲率で湾曲した湾曲部、を備える挿入部と、前記湾曲部の内部を通り、先端側に設けられた第1開口部と基端側に設けられた第2開口部とを有し、前記第1開口部より突出した処置具が前記超音波送受部の観察範囲に入るように配置された処置具挿通チャンネルと、前記先端部と前記湾曲部との間に設けられた接続部の中心軸と一致する、もしくは平行な直線に沿って、前記湾曲部の基端方向に延在するように配置された軸状部と、前記軸状部を有する把持部と、を備える。
また、本発明の別の態様による前立腺生検用の硬性鏡は、超音波を送受信する超音波送受部、前記超音波送受部を有する直線状の先端部、及び前記先端部の基端側に設けられ、所定の曲率で湾曲した湾曲部、を備える挿入部と、前記湾曲部の内部を通り、先端側に設けられた第1開口部と基端側に設けられた第2開口部とを有し、前記第1開口部より突出した処置具が前記超音波送受部の観察範囲に入るように配置された処置具挿通チャンネルと、直線状の前記先端部の中心軸と一致する、もしくは平行な直線に沿って、前記湾曲部の基端方向に延在するように配置された軸状部と、前記軸状部を有する把持部と、を備える。
以下に、本発明の第2の実施形態を説明する。以下では第1の実施形態との相違点のみを説明するものとし、第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素については同一の符号を付し、その説明を適宜に省略するものとする。

Claims (5)
- 超音波を送受信する超音波送受部、前記超音波送受部を有する先端部、及び前記先端部の基端側に設けられ、所定の曲率で湾曲した湾曲部、を備える挿入部と、
前記湾曲部の内部を通り、先端側に設けられた第1開口部と基端側に設けられた第2開口部とを有し、前記第1開口部より突出した処置具が前記超音波送受部の観察範囲に入るように配置された処置具挿通チャンネルと、
前記先端部と前記湾曲部の間に設けられた変曲部を通過する直線に沿って、前記湾曲部の基端方向に延在するように配置された軸状部と、
前記軸状部を有する把持部と、
を備えることを特徴とする前立腺生検用の硬性鏡。 - 前記湾曲部の曲率は一定であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前立腺生検用の硬性鏡。
- 請求項1に記載の前立腺生検用の硬性鏡の前記処置具挿通チャンネルに少なくとも一部が挿通可能な処置具であって、
前記処置具挿通チャンネルに挿通可能な部位が、外力が加えられていない状態では、前記処置具挿通チャンネルに沿って湾曲した形状を維持するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする処置具。 - 超音波を送受信する超音波送受部、前記超音波送受部を有する先端部、及び前記先端部の基端側に設けられ、所定の曲率で湾曲した湾曲部、を備える挿入部と、
前記湾曲部の内部を通り、先端側に設けられた第1開口部と基端側に設けられた第2開口部とを有し、前記第1開口部より突出した処置具が前記超音波送受部の観察範囲に入るように配置された処置具挿通チャンネルと、
前記先端部と前記湾曲部との間に設けられた接続部の中心軸と一致する、もしくは平行な直線に沿って、前記湾曲部の基端方向に延在するように配置された軸状部と、
前記軸状部を有する把持部と、
を備えることを特徴とする前立腺生検用の硬性鏡。 - 超音波を送受信する超音波送受部、前記超音波送受部を有する直線状の先端部、及び前記先端部の基端側に設けられ、所定の曲率で湾曲した湾曲部、を備える挿入部と、
前記湾曲部の内部を通り、先端側に設けられた第1開口部と基端側に設けられた第2開口部とを有し、前記第1開口部より突出した処置具が前記超音波送受部の観察範囲に入るように配置された処置具挿通チャンネルと、
直線状の前記先端部の中心軸と一致する、もしくは平行な直線に沿って、前記湾曲部の基端方向に延在するように配置された軸状部と、
前記軸状部を有する把持部と、
を備えることを特徴とする前立腺生検用の硬性鏡。
