Claims (3)
- 圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機にガスを供給する吸込流路に設けた吸込調整弁と、
異なる位置に設けた複数の温度検出器と、
圧縮されたガスの吐出圧力を検出する圧力検出器と、
回転数を変更可能である、複数の機器を冷却する冷却用の単一のファンと、
前記圧力検出器の検出値に応じて前記吸込調整弁を開閉する弁制御手段と、
前記複数の温度検出器の検出値に基づいて前記ファンの回転数を決定するファン制御手段とを有し、
前記ファン制御手段は、
前記複数の温度検出器のそれぞれについて、上限温度と、前記吸込調整弁が開放されている場合に適用される第1ゲインと、前記吸込調整弁が閉鎖されている場合に適用される第2ゲインとが予め設定され、
前記複数の温度検出器のそれぞれについて、検出値と前記上限温度との差分を算出し、
前記差分の中で最も小さい値と、前記差分が最も小さい前記温度検出器について設定された前記第1ゲインまたは前記第2ゲインとに基づいて前記ファンの回転数を決定することを特徴とする圧縮装置。 - 前記第1ゲインおよび前記第2ゲインは、それぞれ、複数の定数を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮装置。
- 前記圧縮機を複数有し、前記圧縮機が直列に接続されており、
前記温度検出器の少なくとも1つは、前記圧縮機の間の流路に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧縮装置。
