Claims (20)
- 粒状の芯部を形成する芯部形成工程と、
前記芯部を覆うように被覆部を形成する被覆部形成工程と、
前記被覆部の一部を除去する被覆部除去工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部形成工程においては、前記芯部に被覆材料を付着させることにより、前記被覆部を形成する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部形成工程においては、前記芯部の周囲全体に前記被覆材料を付着させる吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記被覆部が除去された部分において前記芯部が露出するように、前記被覆部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項4に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記芯部の周囲の10%以上の領域が露出するように、前記被覆部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記芯部の周囲の30%以上の領域が露出するように、前記被覆部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記芯部形成工程においては、側面並びに第1及び第2の底面を有する略円柱状の前記芯部を形成する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項7に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記芯部形成工程においては、押出造粒により前記芯部を形成する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部形成工程においては、前記芯部の前記側面並びに前記第1及び第2の底面上に前記被覆部を形成する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項9に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記芯部の前記第1の底面上に形成された前記被覆部の少なくとも一部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項10に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記芯部の前記側面の80%以上の領域に前記被覆部を残したまま、前記芯部の前記第1の底面の80%以上の領域が前記被覆部によって覆われることなく露出するように、前記被覆部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項11に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記芯部の前記側面の全体に前記被覆部を残したまま、前記芯部の前記第1の底面の全体が前記被覆部によって覆われることなく露出するように、前記被覆部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項10乃至12の何れかに記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記芯部における前記第1の底面側の端部を切除することにより、当該第1の底面上に形成された前記被覆部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項9乃至13の何れかに記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記芯部の前記第2の底面上に形成された前記被覆部の少なくとも一部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項14に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記芯部の前記側面の80%以上の領域に前記被覆部を残したまま、前記芯部の前記第2の底面の80%以上の領域が前記被覆部によって覆われることなく露出するように、前記被覆部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項15に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記芯部の前記側面の全体に前記被覆部を残したまま、前記芯部の前記第2の底面の全体が前記被覆部によって覆われることなく露出するように、前記被覆部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項14乃至16の何れかに記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記芯部における前記第2の底面側の端部を切除することにより、当該第2の底面上に形成された前記被覆部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至17の何れかに記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記芯部形成工程においては、複数の前記芯部を形成し、
前記被覆部形成工程においては、前記各芯部を覆うように前記被覆部を形成する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項18に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記被覆部が形成された前記複数の芯部どうしを衝突させることにより、前記被覆部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項18又は19に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆部除去工程においては、前記被覆部が形成された前記複数の芯部どうしを擦り合わせることにより、前記被覆部を除去する吸水処理材の製造方法。
