Description

Claims (20)
- 温度が25℃および、少なくとも50バールにおいて気体であるガス推進剤により装置から吐出される液体を保持する、加圧された容器を備えるエアゾールスプレー装置用のスプレー吐出アセンブリであって、
前記スプレー吐出アセンブリは、前記容器内の流体とノズルとの間の流体流路内に挿入されるように構成されており、
前記スプレー吐出アセンブリは、
(i)少なくとも1つの入口と1つの出口とを有する進入路と、
(ii)前記進入路に向かって吐出される流体を供給するための、前記ノズルからの液体吐出方向において前記進入路の上流にある流管と、
(iii)前記流管からの流体が通過し、前記進入路へその入口を経由して噴流として噴出する少なくとも1つの噴出開口と、
(iv)前記進入路からの流体がその出口を経由して流入し、前記ノズルからスプレーとなって噴出する吐出開口と、
を含み、
前記流管は、前記容器から得られる、液体の入口と、ガスの入口とを備え、前記容器は泡で満たされた流れを前記流管中に生じるよう構成されており、前記流管は流れに対する障害がない構成とされて、前記泡で満たされた流れは実質的に障害がなく前記噴出開口へ向かい、
前記進入路の出口は鋭い端部で囲まれ、かつ前記噴出開口は前記泡で満たされた噴流を前記端部へ向かわせるように構成されており、
前記スプレー吐出アセンブリは、さらにバルブステムと、前記流管に沿う前記流れをそれぞれに防止または可能とする、閉構成と開構成との間を選択的に操作可能であるバルブ構造を備え、
前記流管は前記バルブステム内に備えられており、
前記液体の入口と前記ガスの入口は前記バルブステム内に備えられており、
前記バルブ構造は第1と第2のシールを備え、前記バルブステムの第1の位置において前記第1と前記第2のシールが前記液体の入口と前記ガスの入口をそれぞれ閉鎖し、
前記バルブ構造は前記第1のシールを2つ備え、前記バルブステムの第1の位置においては、1つが前記液体の入口の上流にあり、1つがその下流にある、スプレー吐出アセンブリ。 - 前記進入路は円筒形であり、0.5〜3mmの直径と0.2〜2mmの軸長とを有する、請求項1に記載のスプレー吐出アセンブリ。
- 前記吐出開口は円筒形であり、0.1〜0.75mmの均一な直径と、前記直径の2〜12倍の長さとを有する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のスプレー吐出アセンブリ。
- 前記噴出開口を複数備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のスプレー吐出アセンブリ。
- 前記噴出開口は0.1〜0.5mmの直径を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のスプレー吐出アセンブリ。
- 前記鋭い端部は、少なくとも270度の優角を持つ、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のスプレー吐出アセンブリ。
- 前記噴出開口は、前記スプレー吐出アセンブリの中心線からオフセットしている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のスプレー吐出アセンブリ。
- 前記流管への前記ガスの入口は、ガス抽気口であり、前記流管への前記液体の入口の下流に設けられている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のスプレー吐出アセンブリ。
- 前記流管は均一な円筒断面をしており、前記ガス抽気口と前記噴出開口の上流端部との間の距離は、前記流管の直径の5〜40倍である、請求項8に記載のスプレー吐出アセンブリ。
- 温度25℃および少なくとも50バールの圧力において気体であるガス推進剤によって装置から吐出される液体を保持する加圧容器と、前記加圧容器上に取付けられた請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のスプレー吐出アセンブリと、を備える、エアゾールスプレー装置。
- 前記バルブ構造は低損失バルブを含む、請求項10に記載のエアゾールスプレー装置。
- 前記バルブ構造は、前記バルブ構造が開放されている場合、前記泡で充満された流れを実質的に変形させないようになっている、請求項10に記載のエアゾールスプレー装置。
- 少なくとも前記バルブ構造が開放構成にある場合に、前記流管が、(a)前記液体の入口を介して前記容器内の液体と連通し、かつ(b)前記容器の頂部空間内の加圧ガスと連通して、ガスが前記流管を介して液体流中に流出して泡で充満された流れを生成するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のエアゾールスプレー装置。
- 前記スプレー吐出アセンブリは、前記バルブ構造が閉じている第1の限界位置、および前記バルブ構造が開放されている第2の限界位置からの付勢力に抗して可動のバルブステムを備え、
前記流管は、少なくとも一部が共軸となっている前記バルブステム内に含まれる、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載のエアゾールスプレー装置。 - 前記バルブステムの下部は前記容器のハウジング内に位置し、前記ハウジングは軸方向に離間した前記第1と第2のシールを備え、前記第1のシールと第2のシールは、前記バルブステムが第1の位置にある場合は、前記第1のシールが前記流管の前記ガスの入口を閉じ、かつ前記第2のシールが前記流管の前記液体の入口を閉じ、前記バルブステムが第2の位置にある場合は、前記ガスの入口が前記頂部空間と連通し、かつ前記液体の入口が前記容器内の液体と連通するように配置されている、請求項14に記載のエアゾールスプレー装置。
- 前記進入路と共軸な上部リセスおよび下部リセスが形成されたアクチュエータキャップを有し、
前記上部リセスおよび下部リセスは噴出開口が設けられた仕切りによって分離され、前記上部リセス内にはインサートが配置されて、吐出開口並びに前記仕切りと協働して前記進入路を画定するチャンバが組み込まれ、
前記流管は前記アクチュエータキャップの前記下部リセス内に配置されている、請求項10〜15のいずれか1項に記載のエアゾールスプレー装置。 - 前記バルブステムの下部は前記容器のハウジング内部にあり、前記シールは前記ハウジング上に取付けられて、前記バルブステムと相対的に摺動係合する、請求項10に記載のエアゾールスプレー装置。
- 前記ハウジングの一部分が前記ガスの入口の領域で前記バルブステムの周りに係合する、請求項17に記載のエアゾールスプレー装置。
- 医薬品、農薬、香料、空気清浄剤、臭気中和剤、殺菌剤、光沢剤、殺虫剤、除毛剤(チオグリコール酸カルシウムなど)、脱毛剤、化粧品、脱臭剤、制汗剤、抗菌剤、抗アレルギー化合物、及びこれらの2つ以上の混合物からなる群より選択される物質を含む、請求項10〜18のいずれか1項に記載のエアゾールスプレー装置。
