製造実施例1
アルカリ系シリケート溶液15kgと、硫酸16kgで構成された無機バインダー溶液31kgに対して、300メッシュの珪砂45kgと320メッシュの硅藻土4kgを投入し、その混合物に水7kgを更に投入した後、ゆっくり攪拌する。次に、二酸化チタン10kgとマイクロカプセルタイプの抗菌剤1.1kgを更に投入し、ゆっくり攪拌して98.1kgの均一な水性塗料組成物を得た。前記水性塗料組成物は緩い漆喰の形態を有していた。
製造実施例2
前記製造実施例1において、防腐剤0.2kgを更に投入したことを除いて、その残りの過程は前記製造実施例1と同様に行った。得られたこの水性塗料組成物もやはり緩い漆喰の形態を有していた。
前記製造実施例1による水性塗料組成物の抗菌性を確認するために、ソウル市衿川区加山洞459-28番地にある韓国建設生活環境試験研究院に抗菌試験を依頼した。韓国建設生活環境試験研究院では使用菌株として、それぞれ大腸菌(Escherichia coli ATCC 25922)、緑膿菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 15442)、そして黄色ブドウ球菌(Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538)を選定し、これらを対象にして自体実験方法(KCL−FIR−1002:2011)により抗菌実験を進行した。
前記製造実施例2による水性塗料組成物の抗真菌性を確認するために、前記韓国建設生活環境試験研究院に抗真菌試験を依頼した。韓国建設生活環境試験研究院では使用菌株として、混合かび菌株のAspergillus niger ATCC 9642、Penicillium pinophilum ATCC 11797、Chaetomium globosum ATCC 6205、Gliocladium virens ATCC 9645、そしてAureobasidium pullulans ATCC 15233を選定し、これらを対象にしてASTM G 21:2009実験方法により抗真菌実験を進行した。
前記製造実施例1による親環境水性塗料組成物を用いて、室内空気中に含まれた揮発性有機化合物などを吸収して室内空気を浄化させる能力を確認するために、前記韓国建設生活環境試験研究院に揮発性有機化合物の吸収性能測定試験を依頼した。韓国建設生活環境試験研究院では試験項目として、総揮発性有機化合物(TVOC)、トルエン(toluene)、及びホルムアルデヒド(formaldehyde)を選定し、これらを対象にして室内空気質工程試験基準(環境部告示第2010-24号)により室内空気の浄化作用実験を進行した。
前記製造実施例2による親環境水性塗料組成物を用いて、室内空気中に含まれたホルムアルデヒドの吸着を通じて室内空気を浄化させる能力を確認するために、前記韓国建設生活環境試験研究院に吸収性能測定試験を依頼した。韓国建設生活環境試験研究院では試験項目として、ホルムアルデヒドを選定し、実験方法は「ISO 16000-23:2009」方式で進行し、それぞれ1日、3日、5日、7日経過した後、その吸着率を測定した。
前記製造実施例1による親環境水性塗料組成物を用いて室内壁面を仕上げ処理した場合、室内空気の湿度調節能力がある程度発揮できるかを確認するために、前記韓国建設生活環境試験研究院に性能実験による湿度調節能力の測定を依頼した。韓国建設生活環境試験研究院では試験項目として、吸湿量と防湿量を選定し、これらを対象にして「ISO 24353:2008」方式で室内空気の湿度調節能力実験を進行した。
前記製造実施例1による親環境水性塗料組成物を用いて室内壁面を仕上げ処理した場合、建築物の室内用薄い壁塗布材として相応しく使用することができるかを確認するために、前記韓国建設生活環境試験研究院に基本物性の測定試験を依頼した。前記韓国建設生活環境試験研究院では試験項目として、低温安全性、初期乾燥による小さな割れに関する耐割れ性(resistance to tiny cracking)、付着強度、温冷繰り返し作用による抵抗性、水の吸収係数、耐洗浄性、耐衝撃性、耐アルカリ性、耐変退色性、湿気透過性などを選定し、これらを対象にして「KSF 4715:2007」方式で室内用塗料としての基本物性を測定した。

前記製造実施例1による水性塗料組成物を使用して建築物の表面に塗布した場合、その建築物に関する難燃性や不燃性を確認するために、トーチを用いてその表面上に直接高温の花火を接触させた。
Claims (6)
- 有害物質を吸着するための硅藻土3〜6重量%と;
脱臭効果を強化するための二酸化チタン7〜12重量%と;
室内の空気から由来する有害な菌を死滅させる抗菌剤マイクロカプセル0.4〜1.5重量%と;
水性塗料組成物の各種成分を互いに結合してなめらかな表面を形成する無機バインダー30〜40重量%と;
水性塗料の材料配合を行い作業性を調節できる水3〜10重量%と;
残りは水性塗料のベース物質として作業時に塗布層の厚さを形成する珪砂と;を含むことを特徴とする建築物の室内仕上げ材用親環境水性塗料組成物。 - 前記室内の空気から由来する真菌の繁殖を抑制及び防止するために組成物の全体重量に対して防腐剤0.1重量%ないし0.5重量%を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建築物の室内仕上げ材用親環境水性塗料組成物。
- 前記硅藻土は300メッシュないし400メッシュの粒子であって、化学的に非活性であり、有害物質を含有していなく、焼成しない天然材料を使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建築物の室内仕上げ材用親環境水性塗料組成物。
- 前記抗菌剤マイクロカプセルは微細な球状の壁面内部に抗菌剤成分を有しており、前記マイクロカプセルの微細な球状壁面をアルカリ性材質で形成して時間の経過によって室内空気中の二酸化炭素(CO2)を吸着し、その二酸化炭素(CO2)が前記マイクロカプセルのアルカリ性壁面を破壊することによって、その内部に封印した抗菌剤成分を外部に徐々に放出するようにして持続的な抗菌性能を発現させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建築物の室内仕上げ材用親環境水性塗料組成物。
- 前記無機バインダーは水性塗料組成物の成分を互いに結合させる1次的な機能と、水性塗料組成物の成分を互いに結合させた後、その表面を平平でなめらかに維持するように表面の平滑化する2次的な機能と、建築物の室内壁面に使われて不燃性機能を補助する3次的な機能を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建築物の室内仕上げ材用親環境水性塗料組成物。
- 前記無機バインダーは無機化合物に属するアルカリ系シリケート溶液と強酸性を示す無機酸を1:0.5〜2の重量比で混合して製造した無機結合剤溶液を使用することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の建築物の室内仕上げ材用親環境水性塗料組成物。
