Description
本出願は2012年10月24日に出願された米国出願第61/717690号の優先権を主張する。出願第61/717690号の開示を参照により本明細書中に取り込む。
1種以上のアルキル第三級アミンを含むウレタン触媒を添加した、典型的なポリウレタン配合物を用いて、フォームを当該技術分野において知られている方法により製造することができる。本発明によるポリウレタン配合物中に使用されるポリイソシアネートの量は限定されないが、通常、当業者に知られている範囲内であろう。「NCOインデックス」(イソシアネートインデックス)を参照して示される、例示の範囲を表中に提供する。当該技術分野において知られているとおり、NCOインデックスは、イソシアネートの当量数を活性水素の合計当量数で割り、100を掛けたものとして定義される。NCOインデックスは下記式により示される。
NCOインデックス=[NCO/(OH+NH)]X100
本例において、典型的な立体障害第三級アミンであるPolycat(登録商標)-12の評価は、スプレイ硬質フォーム配合物Bを用いたこのクラスの化合物の利点及び欠点を例示するものであった。また、本例では、DABCO(登録商標)-Tの性能はスプレイフォーム用途に一般的に使用されている、OH基 (NCO反応性基)を有する典型的な第三級アミンの例として示される。
本例において、立体障害第三級アミン触媒Polycat(登録商標)-12及びOH含有第三級アミン触媒DABCO(登録商標)-Tを有機カルボンモノ酸の存在下に評価した。
本例は主な非金属触媒としてTMGの性能及びその反応初期段階を加速する効果を示す。
本例は標準的な有機モノカルボン酸であるギ酸(FA)と組み合わせて使用したときのTMGの性能を示す。
本例は種々の量で有機カルボン酸二酸であるコハク酸(SA)と組み合わせて用いたときのTMGの性能を示す。
本例は種々の量で有機カルボン酸二酸であるコハク酸(SA)と組み合わせて用いたときのDABCO(登録商標)-Tの性能を示す。
本例は種々の量で有機カルボン酸二酸であるグルタル酸(GA)と組み合わせて用いたときのDABCO(登録商標)-Tの性能を示す。EG中で様々なモル比でGAとアミンを組み合わせたときにDABCO(登録商標)-T/GA塩が調製された。
本例は、HFOを発泡剤として用いた配合物中で種々の比でのDABCO(登録商標)-T/GA及びTMG/SAの組み合わせの性能を示す。1モルのDABCO(登録商標)-T及び1モルのグルタル酸を十分なEG中に溶解させ、EG中のDABCO(登録商標)-T/GA塩の80%溶液を提供することにより、DABCO(登録商標)-T/GAの溶液を調製した。同様に、1モルのTMGを0.6モルのSAとともに十分なEG中に混合して、EG中のTMG/SA塩の65 %溶液を提供することにより、TMG/SA溶液を調製した。

少なくとも1種のハロゲン化発泡剤、少なくとも1種のポリオール、水、二酸、三酸又はポリ酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む少なくとも1種の有機カルボン酸成分、及び、前記有機カルボン酸成分とともに、テトラアルキルグアニジン及びイソシアネート反応性基を含む第三級アミンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む、ポリオールプレミックス組成物。
(態様2)
前記ハロゲン化発泡剤はヒドロハロオレフィンを含む、態様1記載のポリオールプレミックス組成物。
(態様3)
ヒドロハロオレフィン発泡剤はトランス−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンを含む、態様2記載のポリオールプレミックス。
(態様4)
イソシアネート反応性基を含むアミンはN,N-ビス(3-ジメチルアミノプロピル)-N-イソプロパノールアミン、N,N-ジメチルアミノエチル-N'-メチルエタノールアミン、N,N,N'-トリメチルアミノプロピルエタノールアミン、N,N-ジメチルエタノールアミン、N,N-ジメチル-N',N'-2-ヒドロキシ(プロピル)-1,3-プロピレンジアミン、ジメチルアミノプロピルアミン、(N,N-ジメチルアミノエトキシ)エタノール、メチルヒドロキシエチルピペラジン、ビス(N,N-ジメチル-3-アミノプロピル)アミン、N,N-ジメチルアミノプロピルウレア、N,N'-ビス(3-ジメチルアミノプロピル)ウレア、ビス(ジメチルアミノ)-2-プロパノール、N-(3-アミノプロピル)イミダゾール)、N-(2-ヒドロキシプロピル)イミダゾール及びN-(2-ヒドロキシエチル)イミダゾール、2-[N-(ジメチルアミノエトキシエチル)-N-メチルアミノ]エタノール、N,N-ジメチルアミノエチル-N'-メチル-N'-エタノール、ジメチルアミノエトキシエタノール、N,N,N'-トリメチル-N'-3-アミノプロピル-ビス(アミノエチル)エーテル又はそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む、態様1記載のプレミックス組成物。

少なくとも1種の溶媒をさらに含む、態様1記載のプレミックス組成物。
(態様6)
前記溶媒はグリコール、水及びポリオールからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む、態様5記載のプレミックス組成物。
(態様7)
前記テトラアルキルグアニジンはテトラメチルグアニジンを含む、態様1記載のプレミックス組成物。
(態様8)
前記有機酸はコハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸及び他の二酸又はポリ酸からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む、態様1記載のプレミックス組成物。
(態様9)
前記有機酸はマロン酸、マレイン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、グルタコン酸、トラウマチン酸、ムコン酸、フタル酸、イソフタル酸、テレフタル酸、ポリアクリル酸及びポリスルホン酸からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む、態様1記載のプレミックス組成物。
(態様10)
少なくとも1種の気泡安定剤をさらに含む、態様1記載のプレミックス組成物。
(態様11)
少なくとも1種の架橋剤をさらに含む、態様1記載のプレミックス組成物。
(態様12)
少なくとも1種の連鎖延長剤をさらに含む、態様1記載のプレミックス組成物。
(態様13)
約10〜約50%のTMG、約10〜約50%のコハク酸、及び、約0〜約50%の水又はグリコール希釈剤のうちの少なくとも1種の触媒組成物であって、組成物のpHが<7である、触媒組成物。
(態様14)
少なくとも1種のポリオール、及び、二酸、三酸又はポリ酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む少なくとも1種の有機カルボン酸成分と、テトラアルキルグアニジン及びイソシアネート反応性基を含む第三級アミンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分とから得られる接触生成物を、前記有機カルボン酸成分とともに含む、ポリオールプレミックス組成物。
(態様15)
少なくとも1種のポリオール、及び、二酸、三酸又はポリ酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む少なくとも1種の有機カルボン酸成分と、テトラアルキルグアニジン及びイソシアネート反応性基を含む第三級アミンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分との塩を、前記有機カルボン酸成分とともに含む、ポリオールプレミックス組成物。
(態様16)
態様1記載のプレミックス組成物と、少なくとも1種のイソシアネートとを接触させることを含む、フォームの製造方法。
(態様17)
態様15の方法により得られるフォーム。
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1種のハロゲン化発泡剤と、
少なくとも1種のポリオールと、
水と、
二酸、三酸又はポリ酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む少なくとも1種の有機カルボン酸成分と、
テトラアルキルグアニジンとイソシアネート反応性基を含む第三級アミンとの両方またはテトラアルキルグアニジンと、
を含み、そして、
前記テトラアルキルグアニジンはテトラメチルグアニジンを含む、ポリオールプレミックス組成物。 - 前記ハロゲン化発泡剤はヒドロハロオレフィンを含む、請求項1記載のポリオールプレミックス組成物。
- 前記ヒドロハロオレフィン発泡剤はトランス−1−クロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペンを含む、請求項2記載のポリオールプレミックス。
- イソシアネート反応性基を含むアミンはN,N−ビス(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)−N−イソプロパノールアミン、N,N−ジメチルアミノエチル−N’−メチルエタノールアミン、N,N,N’−トリメチルアミノプロピルエタノールアミン、N,N−ジメチルエタノールアミン、N,N−ジメチル−N’,N’−2−ヒドロキシ(プロピル)−1,3−プロピレンジアミン、ジメチルアミノプロピルアミン、(N,N−ジメチルアミノエトキシ)エタノール、メチルヒドロキシエチルピペラジン、ビス(N,N−ジメチル−3−アミノプロピル)アミン、N,N−ジメチルアミノプロピルウレア、N,N’−ビス(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)ウレア、ビス(ジメチルアミノ)−2−プロパノール、N−(3−アミノプロピル)イミダゾール、N−(2−ヒドロキシプロピル)イミダゾール、N−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)イミダゾール、2−[N−(ジメチルアミノエトキシエチル)−N−メチルアミノ]エタノール、N,N−ジメチルアミノエチル−N’−メチル−N’−エタノール、ジメチルアミノエトキシエタノール、N,N,N’−トリメチル−N’−3−アミノプロピル−ビス(アミノエチル)エーテル又はそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む、請求項1記載のプレミックス組成物。
- グリコールをさらに含む、請求項1記載のプレミックス組成物。
- 前記有機カルボン酸はコハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸及び他の二酸、三酸又はポリ酸からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む、請求項1記載のプレミックス組成物。
- 前記有機カルボン酸はマロン酸、マレイン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、ピメリン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、グルタコン酸、トラウマチン酸、ムコン酸、フタル酸、及びポリアクリル酸からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む、請求項1記載のプレミックス組成物。
- 少なくとも1種の気泡安定剤をさらに含む、請求項1記載のプレミックス組成物。
- 少なくとも1種の架橋剤をさらに含む、請求項1記載のプレミックス組成物。
- 少なくとも1種の連鎖延長剤をさらに含む、請求項1記載のプレミックス組成物。
- 10〜50%のテトラメチルグアニジンと、
10〜50%のコハク酸と、
0〜50%の水又はグリコール希釈剤のうちの少なくとも1種と、
を含む、ポリオールプレミックス組成物用触媒組成物であって、
該ポリオールプレミックス組成物が少なくとも1種のハロゲン化発泡剤を含み、そして、
該触媒組成物のpHが<7である、触媒組成物。 - 1)i)二酸、三酸又はポリ酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む少なくとも1種の有機カルボン酸成分と、
ii)テトラアルキルグアニジンとイソシアネート反応性基を含む第三級アミンとの両方またはテトラアルキルグアニジンと、
から得られる接触生成物と、
2)少なくとも1種のポリオールと、
3)少なくとも1種のハロゲン化発泡剤と、
を含み、そして、
前記テトラアルキルグアニジンはテトラメチルグアニジンを含む、ポリオールプレミックス組成物。 - 1)i)二酸、三酸又はポリ酸から選ばれる少なくとも1種の成分を含む少なくとも1種の有機カルボン酸成分と、
ii)テトラアルキルグアニジンとイソシアネート反応性基を含む第三級アミンとの両方またはテトラアルキルグアニジンと、
の塩と、
2)少なくとも1種のポリオールと、
3)少なくとも1種のハロゲン化発泡剤と、
を含み、そして、
前記テトラアルキルグアニジンはテトラメチルグアニジンを含む、ポリオールプレミックス組成物。 - 請求項1記載のプレミックス組成物と、少なくとも1種のイソシアネートとを接触させることを含む、フォームの製造方法。
- 請求項13のポリオールプレミックス組成物により得られるフォーム。
