(a)一つ以上の電池セルで構成された各セルユニットが並列に連結されている二つ以上の電池モジュール;
(b)前記各電池モジュールを側面に直立させた状態で上部及び下部を覆っている一対の上部ケース及び下部ケース;
(c)前記各電池モジュールの前面で各電池モジュールを電気的に並列に連結するためのバスバーアセンブリ;及び
(d)電池モジュールアセンブリの位置固定及び装着のために上部ケースの前面及び/または下部ケースの前面に形成されている締結口;
を含んで構成されている。
(a)電気絶縁性の素材からなっており、各電池モジュールの前面に装着され、一対の本体部を含むカバープレート;及び
(b)前記カバープレート上に装着された状態で平面上に‘L’字状の一側に外部入出力端子が形成されており、他側に二つ以上のバスバーが分枝されている前記一対の本体部;
を含んでおり、
前記一対の本体部は、電池モジュールの配列方向に対して水平方向に互いに向かい合う構造で配列することができる。

Claims (19)
- (a)一つ以上の電池セルで構成された複数のセルユニットが並列に連結されている電池モジュール;
(b)前記電池モジュールの上部及び下部を覆っている一対の上部ケース及び下部ケースであって、電池モジュールアセンブリの位置固定及び装着のために前記上部ケースの前面及び/または下部ケースの前面に締結口が形成されている上部ケース及び下部ケース;及び
(c)前記電池モジュールの前面に設けられ、前記複数のセルユニットの陽極端子及び陰極端子をそれぞれ電気的に並列に連結するためのバスバーアセンブリ;
を含むことを特徴とする電池モジュールアセンブリ。 - 前記締結口は、内周面に締結用ねじ山が形成されている構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記電池モジュールアセンブリの位置固定及び装着のための棒状部材が結合される湾入部が前記上部ケースの後面及び/または下部ケースの後面にさらに形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記湾入部は、前記複数のセルユニットの配列方向に対して平行方向に前記上部ケースの後面及び/または下部ケースの後面に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記電池モジュールは、二つまたはそれ以上の電池セルで構成された複数のセルユニットが並列に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記セルユニットは、偶数個の電池セルで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記セルユニットの各電極端子はバスバーによって互いに電気的に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記バスバーアセンブリは、
(a)電気絶縁性の素材からなっており、前記電池モジュールの前面に装着されるカバープレート;及び
(b)前記カバープレート上に装着された状態で平面上に‘L’字状の一側に外部入出力端子が形成されており、他側に二つ以上のバスバーが分枝されている本体部;
を含んでおり、
前記一対の本体部は、前記複数のセルユニットの配列方向に対して垂直方向に互いに向かい合う構造で配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。 - 前記本体部は、前記カバープレートにインサート射出形成で結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記本体部には、各外部入出力端子間の短絡を防止するための段差が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記電池セルは、樹脂層及び金属層を含むラミネートシートの電池ケースに陽極/分離膜/陰極構造の電極組立体が内蔵されており、前記電池ケースの両端に前記陽極端子及び陰極端子が突出していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記電池セルの電極端子の部分を除いた外周面に絶縁テープが付着していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 各セルユニット内の電池セルが互いに密着した状態で金属ハウジングに内蔵されている構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記金属ハウジングは、前記陽極端子及び陰極端子の部分を除いて前記電極組立体の外面全体を覆うように互いに結合される構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記金属ハウジングは、前記電極組立体の外面形状に対応する内面構造を有しており、組立締結方式で結合されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記金属ハウジングの断面結合部は、各金属ハウジングを互いに対面するように接触させた状態で加圧したとき、弾力的な結合によって噛み合わされる雄雌締結構造からなることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 前記金属ハウジングは金属板材からなることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリ。
- 出力及び容量に対応して請求項1による電池モジュールアセンブリを二つまたはそれ以上含む構造からなる電池パック。
- 請求項18による電池パックを含むことを特徴とするデバイス。
