Ro=txe[(T−100)/14.75]

CE−Aにおいて、リグノセルロース系バイオマスを表1(浸漬条件)に示した時間にわたって表示温度で浸漬した。このステップの計算苛酷度は20であった。この単一ステップで、原料流に存在するキシランの6.94%のみが回収された。87.89%が固体中に残存し、5.17%が失われたが、これは、それらが一連の望ましくない副生成物に変換されたことを意味する。
Claims (6)
- A)リグノセルロース系バイオマス原料を第1の浸漬帯域に導入するステップと、
B)リグノセルロース系バイオマス原料を水である液体又は液体の蒸気の存在下で浸漬条件の第1の苛酷度に相関する第1の時間にわたり第1の温度で浸漬して、キシロース及びその可溶性オリゴマーから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む第1の液体を生じさせるステップと、
C)キシロース及びその可溶性オリゴマーから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む前記第1の液体の少なくとも一部を前記第1の浸漬のバイオマスから分離するステップと、
D)前記第1の浸漬帯域のバイオマスを水である液体の存在下で浸漬条件の第2の苛酷度に相関する第2の時間にわたり第2の温度で第2の浸漬帯域に導入して、キシロース及びその可溶性オリゴマーから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む第2の液体を生じさせるステップであって、前記第2の苛酷度は第1の苛酷度より大きいステップと、
E)キシロース及びその可溶性オリゴマーから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む前記第2の液体の少なくとも一部を前記第2の浸漬のバイオマスから分離するステップと、
を含む、リグノセルロース系バイオマスを浸漬する方法であって、
過酷度(Ro)は以下の式で表され、

但し、温度Tはセ氏で表し、時間tは一般的な単位、例えば分で表す、方法。 - 前記バイオマスを水である液体の存在下で前記第2の浸漬帯域から浸漬条件の第3の苛酷度に相関する第3の時間にわたり第3の温度範囲で第3の浸漬帯域に導入して、キシロース及びその可溶性オリゴマーから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む第3の液体を生じさせるステップであって、前記第3の苛酷度は第2の苛酷度より大きいステップと、
キシロース及びその可溶性オリゴマーから選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む前記第3の液体の少なくとも一部を前記第3の浸漬のバイオマスから分離するステップと
のさらなるステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 各浸漬帯域の浸漬を別個の容器で行う、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記浸漬帯域が単一容器中にあり、前記第1の浸漬帯域が前記第2の浸漬帯域の上に配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記浸漬帯域が単一容器中にあり、前記第1の浸漬帯域と前記第2の浸漬帯域が互いに水平である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記浸漬帯域が単一容器中にあり、前記第1の浸漬帯域が前記第2の浸漬帯域の下に配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
