Description
2つの連続する上記延伸部材は、上記長手方向に互いに平行にスライドするように取り付けられており、上記太陽エネルギーを収集するための複数のパネルは、上記2つの連続する延伸部材上に、上記長手方向に取り付けられる、上記太陽エネルギーを収集するためのパネルが1つもないように、上記取り付け構造に取り付けられていること;
上記複数の延伸部材は、上記長手方向において、上記太陽エネルギーを収集するためのパネルのうちの1つにおける上記長手方向の長さの整数倍の10%の範囲内となる長さを有していること;
上記複数の延伸部材は、上記長手方向において、好ましくは3メートル未満の長さを有していること;
上記複数の延伸部材は、上記長手方向において、第1の端部および第2の端部を有しており、上記第1の端部は、下部に向かって取り付けられるように意図されており、太陽エネルギーを収集するための第1のパネルを保持可能なストッパを有していること;
上記ストッパは、上記複数の延伸部材と一体であること;
上記連続する延伸部材の中に、第2の延伸部材が第1の延伸部材に対して相対的にスライドするように、棒が取り付けられており、上記棒は、上記2つの連続する延伸部材のいずれか一方に固定されていること;
上記複数の固定部材は、上記土台から遠ざかるように、当該土台の上部に向かって延伸する側壁であって、上記取り付け構造を固定可能な側壁をさらに備えていること;
上記複数の固定部材は、少なくとも2つの固定手段を備えていること;
上記可橈部材各々は、1つの上記固定部材の内面全体を覆うこと;
上記太陽エネルギーを収集するための複数のパネルは、光発電パネルであること。
Claims (11)
- 建物の傾斜した屋根の骨組み(3)に取り付けることを意図した、太陽エネルギーを収集するための設備(1)において、
上記骨組みの傾斜した方向における長手方向(D1)にひだ(2a)を有し、上記骨組み(3)を保護するための保護部材(2)と、
上記骨組み(3)を上記保護部材(2)に固定可能であり、上記保護部材(2)のひだ(2a)に対して相補的な形状を有する土台(11)を備える複数の固定部材(10)と、
上記複数の固定部材(10)と上記保護部材(2)との間に位置する複数の可橈部材(15)と、
上記複数の固定部材(10)に固定されており、上記長手方向(D1)に延伸する複数の延伸部材(21,22)を備える取り付け構造(20)と、
上記取り付け構造(20)に取り付けられた、太陽エネルギーを収集するための複数のパネル(5)とを備え、
上記固定部材(10)各々は、上記骨組み(3)に自身が固定されるためのねじ(13a)を貫通させるための少なくとも1つの孔(13)を有しており、
上記可橈部材(15)各々は、上記孔(13)に対応する開口部(15a)であって、突出した縁部(15b)に囲まれた開口部(15a)を有することを特徴とする設備。 - 2つの連続する上記延伸部材(21,22)は、上記長手方向に互いに平行にスライドするように取り付けられており、
上記太陽エネルギーを収集するための複数のパネル(5)は、上記2つの連続する延伸部材(21,22)上に、上記長手方向に取り付けられる、上記太陽エネルギーを収集するためのパネル(5)が1つもないように、上記取り付け構造(20)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の設備。 - 上記複数の延伸部材(21,22)は、上記長手方向において、上記太陽エネルギーを収集するためのパネルのうちの1つにおける上記長手方向の長さの整数倍の10%の範囲内となる長さを有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の設備。
- 上記複数の延伸部材(21,22)は、上記長手方向において、好ましくは3メートル未満の長さを有していることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の設備。
- 上記複数の延伸部材は、上記長手方向(D1)において、第1の端部(21−1,22−1)および第2の端部(21−2,22−2)を有しており、
上記第1の端部(21−1,22−1)は、下部に向かって取り付けられるように意図されており、太陽エネルギーを収集するための第1のパネル(5)を保持可能なストッパ(22a)を有していることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の設備。 - 上記ストッパは、上記複数の延伸部材(21,22)と一体であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の設備。
- 上記連続する延伸部材(21,22)の中に、第2の延伸部材(22)が第1の延伸部材(21)に対して相対的にスライドするように、棒(23)が取り付けられており、
上記棒(23)は、上記2つの連続する延伸部材(21,22)のいずれか一方に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の設備。 - 上記複数の固定部材(10)は、上記土台(11)から遠ざかるように、当該土台の上部に向かって延伸する側壁(12)であって、上記取り付け構造(20)を固定可能な側壁(12)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 上記複数の固定部材(10)は、少なくとも2つの固定手段(13a,14a)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 上記可橈部材(15)各々は、1つの上記固定部材(10)の内面全体を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 上記太陽エネルギーを収集するための複数のパネル(5)は、光発電パネルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
