Description
1)25MoCr4などの鍛鋼からピストン上部を鍛造によって製造する。この場合、燃焼室(11)の部分における必要な機械的及び熱的特性が確保される。
2)暖機運転においてピストンスカートとシリンダボアとの間のクリアランスをできる限り小さく保つため、コンロッドベアリング(8)及びCTEが13〜20*10−6 1/Kのステンレス鋼からなるピストンスカートを備えたピストン下部(13)を鋳造によって製造する。
3)両方のピストン部分を溶接、特に誘導溶接又は摩擦溶接によって接続する。

Claims (2)
- 軽金属合金を含み且つ熱膨張係数が19〜25*10−6 1/Kの範囲のシリンダクランクケースを備える内燃機関に用いられ、燃焼室(11)及びリングウォール(5)を備えるピストン上部(12)と、ピストンスカート及びコンロッドベアリング(8)を備えるピストン下部(13)とを有する、内燃機関用の鋼製ピストンであって、
前記シリンダクランクケースは、前記鋼製ピストンを収納可能なシリンダライナを含み、
前記ピストン上部が、耐摩耗性の熱処理合金鋼からなり、前記ピストン下部が鉄合金からなり、該鉄合金は、13〜20*10−6 1/Kの範囲にある熱膨張係数を有し、
前記シリンダクランクケースがアルミニウム合金からなり、
少なくとも前記ピストン下部の前記鉄合金が、Cr含有量15〜26%及びNi含有量8〜15%のステンレス鋼からなる
ことを特徴とする鋼製ピストン。 - 請求項1に記載の鋼製ピストンと、前記アルミニウム合金からなるシリンダクランクケースとを装備した内燃機関。
