Claims (3)
- 潤滑油ポンプ(1)、特に自動車のエンジン用の潤滑油ポンプ(1)であって、潤滑油を吐出する少なくとも1組の歯車対(4)を構成する互いに噛み合った歯車(5)が内部に配置されたケース(3)を有するとともに、前記歯車対の第1の歯車は駆動軸上に支承され、第2の歯車(5)は可変の吐出量を調整するために軸方向に変位可能な変位ユニット(6)上に回転自在に支承され、そして前記変位ユニット(6)の位置を油圧により調整するための、前記ケース(3)の収容部(15)の内部で軸方向に変位可能なコントロール・ピストン(16)を有し、かつ前記コントロール・ピストン(16)が、中央縦軸(17)と、前記収容部(15)に開口する複数の制御通路(12,13)を開閉するための制御縁(18’,18”;19’,19”)を含む複数の円筒環(18〜21)とを有する、潤滑油ポンプ(1)において、
前記コントロール・ピストン(16)が複数の個別部品を含む組立式構成部品(31)として構成されるとともに、前記中央縦軸(17)の一部としての前記個別部品のうち少なくとも1つが金属製の前記ケース(3)と同じ金属で形成されており、
前記各円筒環(18〜21)が、前記収容部(15)に対する摩擦と摩耗との少なくとも一方を低減する材料としてのプラスチックにて形成されかつ前記収容部(15)の熱膨張係数よりも小さな熱膨張係数を有し、さらに前記中央縦軸(17)が、少なくとも部分的に、前記収容部(15)の熱膨張係数と少なくとも実質的に等しい熱膨張係数を持つ材料にて形成され、また少なくとも部分的に、前記収容部(15)の熱膨張係数を上回る熱膨係数の材料で形成されていることを特徴とする、潤滑油ポンプ(1)。 - 前記ケース(3)が、少なくとも実質的にアルミニウムまたはマグネシウムにて形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の潤滑油ポンプ。
- 中央縦軸(17)と、複数の制御通路(12,13)を開閉するための制御縁(18’,18”;19’,19”)を含む複数の円筒環(18〜21)と、を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の潤滑油ポンプ(1)用のコントロール・ピストン(16)において、
前記コントロール・ピストン(16)が組立式構成部品(31)として構成されるとともに、前記各円筒環(18〜21)がプラスチックにて形成され、さらに前記中央縦軸(17)が、少なくとも実質的にアルミニウムまたはマグネシウムにて形成される部分(24)を少なくとも1つ有することを特徴とする、コントロール・ピストン(16)。
