ポンプの機能:
各ポンプモジュールは2つのポンプヘッド(図示せず)で構成される。各ヘッドは同じものであるが、個別のステッパモーターにより互いに逆の位相で作動され、マイクロプロセッサによって制御される。2つのピストン及びポンプヘッドは、連続的で低脈動の液体供給を実現するために交互に動作する。2つのシステムポンプの流量は約0.001ml/分〜25.000ml/分で変化させることができ、最大動作圧は約20MPaである。試料ポンプの流量は例えば0.01〜25ml/分で変化させることができ、一実施形態では、最大動作圧は10MPaである。

Claims (14)
- ハウジングと、外部流体セクション及び内部非流体セクションを備える互換性モジュール式コンポーネントとして構成される2以上の流体処理ユニットとを有する自動流体処理システムであって、前記ハウジングが、前記互換性モジュール式コンポーネントを受けるための2以上のコンポーネント位置を備える液体処理パネルを有し、それにより、前記外部流体セクションが前記液体処理パネルにより前記非流体セクションから分離される、自動流体処理システム。
- 前記互換性モジュール式コンポーネントが、前記流体セクションを前記非流体セクションから分離するように構成される、前記液体処理パネル内のコンポーネント位置に取り付けられるためのパネル部材を有する、請求項1記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記互換性モジュール式コンポーネントがシール部材により前記液体処理パネルに対して封止される、請求項1又は請求項2記載の流体処理システム。
- 主制御ユニットを有し、前記互換性モジュール式コンポーネントがシステムバスにより前記主制御ユニットに接続され、前記コンポーネント位置及び前記互換性モジュール式コンポーネントが互いに対してプラグアンドプレイの構成である、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の流体処理システム。
- 互換性すべてのモジュール式コンポーネントが同じサイズである、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記互換性モジュール式コンポーネントが2以上のサイズである、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の流体処理システム。
- 1以上の流体ポンプと、1以上のセンサーユニットと、2以上の異なる構成の2以上の流体制御バルブとを有し、少なくとも前記流体制御バルブが互換性モジュール式コンポーネントとして構成される、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記主制御ユニットが、前記ハウジング内及び前記互換性モジュール式コンポーネント内の環境状況を制御するためのシステム環境状況コントローラーを有する、請求項4記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記ハウジング内に空気入口コンパートメント及び空気出口コンパートメントを画成する前記液体処理パネルの後ろの一定距離のところに配置される内部クライメートパネルを有し、前記クライメートパネルが、前記互換性モジュール式コンポーネントの前記内部非流体セクションを受けるための相補的なコンポーネント位置を備え、前記互換性モジュール式コンポーネントが前記コンポーネント位置内の定位置に配置される場合、1以上の互換性モジュール式コンポーネントの前記非流体セクションが、前記空気入口コンパートメント内に位置される1以上の空気入口開口部と、前記空気出口コンパートメント内に位置される1以上の空気出口開口部とを備える、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記1以上の互換性モジュール式コンポーネントを介して前記空気入口コンパートメントから前記空気出口コンパートメントまで空気が流れるのを可能にするシステム冷却ユニットを有する、請求項9記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記1以上の互換性モジュール式コンポーネントが、前記空気入口コンパートメントから前記空気出口コンパートメントまで空気が流れるのを可能にする局部的冷却ユニットを備える、請求項9記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記システムが、制御された状態でクロマトグラフィーカラムを通って流体が流れるのを可能にするように構成される液体クロマトグラフィーシステムである、請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記システムが液体濾過システムである、請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項記載の流体処理システムである。
- 前記システムが化学合成システムである、請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項記載の流体処理システム。
