Description
α=消費された(脱硫)剤/[(S(開始)重量%−S(終了)重量%)×100]
αの単位=kg/t×0.010%S
従来技術による標準実験において、5重量%のCaF2を添加した13.6kg/tの酸化カルシウムを、175tの銑鉄を入れた開口型取鍋の中に、単一注入により、ランスを介して窒素キャリヤガスを用いて吹きつけた。処理前に測定された硫黄濃度Sa(S(開始))は0.041重量%であった。処理後、0.007重量%の硫黄濃度Se(S(終了))が測定され、そこからα値が4と計算される。
実験において、5.0重量%の瀝青を含む4.2kg/tの酸化カルシウムを、170tの銑鉄を入れた開口型取鍋の中に、単一注入により、ランスを介して窒素キャリヤガスを用いて吹きつけた。酸化カルシウムおよび瀝青を含む剤は、あらかじめ60℃の温度で吹きつけ可能な粒子のサイズまで粉砕した。処理前に測定された硫黄濃度(S(開始))は0.040重量%であった。処理後、0.0030重量%の硫黄濃度(S(終了))が測定され、そこからα値が1.07と計算される。
実験において、片方において30kg/tの酸化カルシウムを、および他方において81重量%の粒状瀝青と19重量%の酸化カルシウムを含む0.7kg/tの剤を、170tの銑鉄を入れた開口型取鍋の中に、共同注入により、ランスを介して窒素キャリヤガスを用いて吹きつけた。処理前に測定された硫黄濃度(S(開始))は0.044重量%であった。処理後、0.0020重量%の硫黄濃度(S(終了))が測定され、そこからα値が0.86と計算される。
実験において、94重量%の酸化カルシウムと6重量%の瀝青を含む3.2kg/tの剤を、KR撹拌システムを用いて、310tの銑鉄を入れた取鍋に入れて撹拌した。個々の成分を混合し、粉砕することにより、剤をあらかじめ製造した。粒子サイズは2mm未満であった。処理前に測定された硫黄濃度(S(開始))は0.055重量%であった。処理後、0.002重量%の硫黄濃度(S(終了))が測定され、そこからα値が0.60と計算される。
2つの3重量%の瀝青を、吹きつけのために準備された酸化カルシウム(CaO)に添加し、互いに粉砕した。この一連の実験における吹きつけ量は、通常の処理と同じに維持した。驚くべきことに、最後の硫黄濃度は、50ppm未満を目標としていたにもかかわらず、平均で20〜35ppmであることがわかった。シリコン濃度は変化がなかった。引き続いての吹錬は必要なかった。
6a)ほぼ5重量%の固体の瀝青を、10重量%のアルバイトと共に酸化カルシウムに添加した。この混合物を吹きつけ可能な粒子サイズまで粉砕した。石灰蛍石混合物の通常の使用において求められるS濃度は70ppm未満であった。20〜30ppmの硫黄は、瀝青の添加により処理された銑鉄で達成された。この一連の実験で、求められる70ppmを達成する間に、どの程度の吹錬量を削減できるかを調査した。予定された吹錬量のほぼ20%の削減が実現される。
実験において、4.1重量%の油分(暖房用油HEL)を有する4.1kg/tの酸化カルシウムを、270tの銑鉄を入れた開口型取鍋の中に、単一注入により、ランスを介して窒素キャリヤガスを用いて吹きつけた。吹きつけ速度は54kg/分であった。処理前に測定された硫黄濃度Saは、0.047重量%であった。処理後、0.002重量%の硫黄濃度Seが測定され、そこからα値は0.91と計算される。
実験において、4.8重量%の油分(石油)を有する4.2kg/tの酸化カルシウムを、245tの銑鉄を入れた蓋を有する取鍋の中に、単一注入により、ランスを介して窒素キャリヤガスを用いて吹きつけた。吹きつけ速度は48kg/分であった。処理前に測定された硫黄濃度Saは、0.039重量%であった。処理後、0.003重量%の硫黄濃度Seが測定され、そこからα値は1.1と計算される。
実験において、6重量%の油分(ディーゼル油)を有し、35重量%の酸化カルシウムと59重量%の水酸化カルシウムとの混合物5.35kg/tを、210tの銑鉄を入れた開口型取鍋の中に、単一注入により、ランスを介して窒素キャリヤガスを用いて吹きつけた。処理前に測定された硫黄濃度Saは、0.054重量%であった。処理後、0.005重量%の硫黄濃度Seが測定され、そこからα値は1.16と計算される。
処理の過程でどの程度硫黄およびリンの濃度を低下させることができるかを見るために、本発明による剤による処理の効果を、210tの銑鉄を入れた取鍋でテストした。
Claims (10)
- 処理容器への細粒の剤の吹き込み、処理容器内での細粒の剤の撹拌、または処理容器への細粒の剤の添加により、溶銑を脱リンするための剤の使用であって、該剤が、酸化カルシウムと、1〜30重量%の量の瀝青とを少なくとも含む、剤の使用。
- 前記剤が、飽和の、一不飽和のおよび/または多価不飽和の炭化水素化合物をさらに含む請求項1記載の剤の使用。
- 前記炭化水素化合物が、パラフィン、パラフィン系油または5mm2/s未満の動粘度を有する精製油の形態の油であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の剤の使用。
- 瀝青が、1重量%未満の硫黄濃度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の剤の使用。
- 瀝青が、1〜15重量%の量であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の剤の使用。
- 瀝青が、2〜6重量%の量であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の剤の使用。
- 前記剤が、85〜99重量%の量のアルミニウム、チタニウム、ボロンまたは希土類の金属の群から選択される元素および1〜15重量%の量の瀝青を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の剤の使用。
- 成分および瀝青が、0.01mm未満〜10mmの粒子サイズを有する、粉砕され、吹きつけ可能な粒子として前記剤に存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の剤の使用。
- 成分および瀝青が、合成成分として前記剤に存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の剤の使用。
- 前記細粒の剤が、輸送ガスを用いて溶融浴に吹きつけられ、撹拌される請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の剤の使用。
