Claims (14)
- SDF−1α cDNAの発現が、CMVエンハンサーおよびプロモーター、CMV−イントロンAおよびRU5翻訳エンハンサーにより駆動する、前記SDF−1α cDNA配列を含む、SDF−1プラスミドであって、
前記プラスミドは、ナノ粒子内にカプセル化されていない、または、任意に水溶性担体中にある、
SDF−1プラスミド。 - 前記プラスミドが、5´から3´の順で、CMVエンハンサー、CMVプロモーター、CMV−イントロンA、RU5、SDF−1α、BGHポリA、ColE1オリジンおよびカナマイシンRをコードするヌクレオチド配列を含む、請求項1に記載のSDF−1プラスミド。
- 請求項1に記載のSDF−1プラスミドおよび薬学的に許容される担体を含む、注入可能な製剤。
- 前記薬学的に許容される担体が、5%ブドウ糖である、請求項3に記載の注入可能な製剤。
- 0.33mg/mlから5mg/mlの前記SDF−1プラスミドを含む、請求項3に記載の注入可能な製剤。
- 患者の心筋症を治療するために使用される、請求項3から5のいずれか1項に記載の製剤。
- 前記製剤が、心筋の衰弱領域、虚血領域および/または梗塞周囲領域を含む、前記患者の心筋に直接投与される、請求項6に記載の製剤。
- 前記投与されたSDF−1プラスミドの合計量が、4mgを超える、請求項7に記載の製剤。
- 前記製剤が、直接注入により投与される、請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の製剤。
- 前記製剤が、前記心筋の少なくとも10の部位に投与され、かつ各部位が、前記製剤の少なくとも0.2mlの量を受ける、請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載の製剤。
- 前記投与された製剤の前記合計量が、少なくとも10mlである、請求項10に記載の製剤。
- 前記製剤が、各15の部位に1.0mlの量で投与され、かつ前記製剤中のプラスミドの濃度が、0.5mg/mlから2.0mg/mlである、請求項6から11のいずれか1項に記載の製剤。
- 前記製剤が、カテーテル法を介して投与される、請求項6から12のいずれか1項に記載の製剤。
- 前記製剤が、心室内カテーテル法または心筋内カテーテル法を介して投与される、請求項13に記載の製剤。
