Claims (16)
- 流体入口(311)及び流体出口(312)を備えたマウスピース(3)として構成されて活物質及び/又は芳香材料を含有する物質を気化させるための気化器デバイスであって、
2つの端部及びシガレット又は小型シガーの断面の寸法を備えた二重コイル(101)及び/又は波状線(102)として構成された金属ホイル又は薄いシートの形態の熱抵抗器(1)を有する加熱デバイスであって、該熱抵抗器(1)の該二重コイル及び/又は波状線の隙間が、開放され、従って、そこを通る流体の流れを可能にし、金属ホイル又は薄いシートから構成された少なくとも1つのそれぞれの接点タブ(13)が、該熱抵抗器(1)の該二重コイル(101)及び/又は波状線(102)のそれぞれの端部に接続され、該熱抵抗器(1)の該二重コイル(101)及び/又は波状線(102)のそれぞれの該対向端部に接続された該接点タブ(13)が、互いと直接接触していない前記加熱デバイスと、
前記熱抵抗器(1)と大面積接触状態にあり、同じく流動流体に対して透過性であり、かつ気化される活物質及び/又は芳香材料を含有する物質で湿潤されるか又は湿潤させることができる少なくとも1つの気化膜(32)であって、該熱抵抗器(1)及び該少なくとも1つの気化膜(32)が、前記マウスピース(3)を通過する該流体の方向に対して直角又はある角度で配置された前記少なくとも1つの気化膜(32)と、
を含むことを特徴とする気化器デバイス。 - 前記熱抵抗器(1)及び前記接点タブ(13)は、一片の金属ホイル又は薄いシートで製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気化器デバイス。
- 前記加熱デバイスは、ストレージカートリッジ(36)を刺すか又は切り開くために少なくとも1つの尖った及び/又は鋭い縁部付き開放タブ(14)を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の気化器デバイス。
- 前記開放タブ(14)は、一片の金属ホイル又は薄いシートで製造されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の気化器デバイス。
- 前記熱抵抗器(1)及び前記接点タブ(13)は、一片の金属ホイル又は薄いシートで製造されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の気化器デバイス。
- 前記開放タブ(14)の前記金属ホイル又は前記薄いシートは、純アルミニウム、アルミニウム−マンガン合金、又はステンレス鋼から構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の気化器デバイス。
- 前記熱抵抗器(1)及び前記接点タブ(13)の前記金属ホイル又は前記薄いシートは、純アルミニウム、アルミニウム−マンガン合金、又はステンレス鋼から構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の気化器デバイス。
- 前記熱抵抗器(1)は、絶縁層(11)で被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の気化器デバイス。
- 前記絶縁層(11)は、ポリイミド、マイカナイト、又はシリコーンの層であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の気化器デバイス。
- 前記熱抵抗器(1)は、前記二重コイル(101)及び/又は波状線(102)におけるくびれの形態の安全ヒューズ(12)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の気化器デバイス。
- 前記マウスピース(3)は、中空円筒(31)の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の気化器デバイス。
- 電極(41)によって制御式又は調整式電圧供給源(4)を解除可能に接続するためのフランジ(33)を更に含み、前記熱抵抗器(1)の前記二重コイル(101)及び/又は波状線(102)の前記それぞれの対向端に接続した前記接点タブ(13)は、互いと直接接触しておらず、かつ該フランジ(33)を通じて制御式又は調整式電圧供給源(4)の該電極(41)に接続されるようなっていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の気化器デバイス。
- 前記マウスピース(3)は、活物質及び/又は芳香材料を含有する前記物質で充填されたストレージカートリッジ(36)を更に含み、
金属ホイル又は薄いシートから構成された少なくとも1つの尖った及び/又は鋭い縁部付き開放タブ(14)が、その尖った及び/又は鋭い縁部側を先にして、前記熱抵抗器(1)から前記マウスピース(3)の前記フランジ(33)の方向へ軸線方向に延び、かつ該マウスピース(3)と前記電圧供給源(4)が接続されている時に該熱抵抗器(1)と該フランジ(33)の間の前記ストレージカートリッジ(36)の密封ホイル(361)が該開放タブ(14)によって刺され及び/又は切り開かれるように実施される、
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の気化器デバイス。 - 前記マウスピース(3)は、中空円筒(31)の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項12又は請求項13に記載の気化器デバイス。
- 前記電極(41)により制御式又は調整式電圧供給源(4)に対して解除可能な接続状態にあり、
絶縁ホイル(2)が、前記マウスピース(3)の前記中空円筒(31)の内側のフランジ区域(331)に向けて前記接点タブ(13)を覆い、
前記フランジ区域(331)の領域において、前記絶縁ホイル(2)には、少なくとも2つの軸線方向に変位した接点開口部(21)が設けられ、該接点開口部(21)は、それらが1つの平面に軸線方向に位置付けられ、かつ各々が1つだけの接点タブ(13)を露出するように構成され、
前記制御式又は調整式電圧供給源(4)の前記極(41)は、2つの軸線方向に変位したリングであり、
前記マウスピース(3)と前記電圧供給源(4)が接続した状態で、該電圧供給源(4)のそれぞれの極(41)が、前記接点開口部(21)を通じて前記接点タブ(13)に、かつ該接点タブ(13)を通じて前記熱抵抗器(1)の前記二重コイル(101)及び/又は前記波状線(102)のそれぞれの端部に接続される、
