Description
Claims (14)
- コンプレッサ装置(2)と、気体を乾燥させるために取り付けられた乾燥剤を用いるタイプの乾燥器(3)とを備え、該コンプレッサ装置は、一方において、1つのコンプレッサ要素の入口がその手前のコンプレッサ要素の出口に圧力パイプ(9,10)を介して各々連結された形で、先頭の低圧段階とそれに続く1つ又はそれ以上の高圧段階を形成するために、該入口と該出口の連続的な連結による2つ又はそれ以上のコンプレッサ要素(6,7,8)を備え、他方において、アフタークーラー(15)が組み込まれている出口パイプ(11)を備え、該乾燥器(3)は乾燥領域(18)と再生領域(19)を備え、該乾燥領域(18)には、そこを通るように案内されてくる気体を乾燥させるための乾燥剤が充填され、この目的のために該乾燥器(3)は、前記コンプレッサ装置(2)の前記出口パイプ(11)に連結された前記乾燥領域(18)の入口(20)と、圧縮乾燥気体を供給するための出口(5)として機能する前記乾燥領域(18)の出口(21)とを備え、前記再生領域(19)が、該再生領域(19)の入口(23)、該再生領域(19)の出口(28)、及び該入口(23)に連結させた再生パイプ(22)、を介して案内されてくる再生気体によって水分乾燥剤を乾燥させるようにした、気体圧縮乾燥装置(1)において、前記再生気体は、前記再生領域に案内される前に、再生パイプ(22)に組み込まれた第1部分(26)と、上記コンプレッサ要素(6,7,8)のいずれか1つの圧力側によって気体が供給されてくる第2部分(27)とを備えた気体ガス熱交換器(25)によって加熱され、該気体ガス熱交換器(25)は、上記低圧段階とそれに続く高圧段階との間に延伸する圧力パイプ(9,10)に組み込まれた第2部分を、備え、該交換器(25)が組み込まれている圧力パイプ(9,10)には、さらにインタークーラー(13,14)が設けられ、該熱交換器(25)が該インタークーラー(13,14)よりも上流に配置され、前記再生気体が前記アフタークーラー(15)の上流に配置させたタッピングポイント(24)で前記コンプレッサ装置の上記出口パイプから分岐することを特徴とする気体圧縮乾燥装置(1)。
- 前記再生気体の少なくとも一部は、前記コンプレッサ装置(2)によって圧縮された気体から、熱交換器(25)の第1部分が組み込まれている前記再生パイプ(22)によって、分岐させたものであって、該再生パイプ(22)が、前記再生領域(19)の入口(23)を、前記コンプレッサ装置(2)の出口パイプ(11)又は前記乾燥領域(18)の出口(21)に連結していること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記再生パイプ(22)に組み込まれた熱交換器は、前記再生領域(19)の入口(23)における再生気体の温度が130℃と150℃の間になるように、その寸法が規定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記乾燥器(3)が、2つの再生段階、すなわち、前記再生気体が第1再生パイプ(22a)を介して供給される第1再生段階と、前記乾燥剤をさらに乾燥させるために前記再生気体が第2再生パイプ(22b)を介して供給される、該第1再生段階に続く第2再生段階とを備え、該2つの再生パイプ(22a,22b)のうち少なくとも1つ又は両方について気体ガス熱交換器(25)を設けていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記第2再生パイプ(22b)について少なくとも1つの上記気体ガス熱交換器が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1再生段階のための再生気体となるべき気体を抜き出すために、前記第1再生パイプ(22a)を前記コンプレッサ装置(2)の上記出口パイプ(11)に連結させたことを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
- 前記第2再生段階のための再生気体となるべき気体を抜き出すために、上記第2再生パイプ(22b)を前記乾燥器の乾燥領域(18)の出口(21)に連結させたことを特徴とする、請求項4乃至6のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記第1再生段階のために、コンプレッサ装置(2)によって圧縮される気体流量(Q)の40%を分岐させ、前記第2再生段階のために、前記装置(1)によって供給される圧縮気体の流量の10%を分岐させることを特徴とする、請求項6及び7に記載の装置。
- 前記乾燥器(3)は、乾燥剤が充填されたドラム(16)を備えた回転式の乾燥器であって、該乾燥剤が、該ドラムの回転によって、乾燥領域(18)と第1再生領域、場合によっては第2再生領域(19)をも交互に通るように案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 2つの再生段階を備えていて、各々の再生段階について別々の気体ガス熱交換器(25a,25b)を備えており、それら2つの熱交換器(25a,25b)の各々は別々のコンプレッサ装置(6,7)の圧力パイプ(9,10)に別々に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項6及び7に記載の装置。
- 2つの再生段階を備えていて、各々の再生段階について別々の気体ガス熱交換器(25a,25b)を備えており、両方の熱交換器(25a,25b)が、連続する2つのコンプレッサ要素の間の同じ圧力パイプ(9,10)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6及び7に記載の装置。
- 両方の熱交換器(25a,25b)を上記圧力パイプ(9,10)に並列させて連結したことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記再生領域(19)の出口(28)が、クーラー(29)を介して、前記乾燥領域(18)の入口(20)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記再生領域(19)の出口(28)が、混合器(30)を介して、乾燥領域(18)の入口(20)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の装置。
