Description
Claims (5)
- 軸方向に延びる歯部を有する複数の長尺のスプロケット部材を成形し、
前記スプロケット部材の前記歯部とは反対側の面に溝を成形し、
マンドレルの外周面の円周方向に沿って形成され、前記マンドレルの軸方向に延びるマンドレル溝内に、前記複数のスプロケット部材の歯部を装着して組立て体を成形し、
隣接するスプロケット部材の間に長尺のエラストマ部材を挿入し、
前記スプロケット部材と前記エラストマ部材の周囲に張力部材を巻き付け、
前記組立て体を加硫し、
前記マンドレルから前記組立て体を外す
スプロケットを成形する方法。 - 前記組立て体を反転し、前記組立て体を剛体の芯部材に組み付ける、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加硫の前に前記組立て体の外周面にエラストマ層を貼り付ける請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記組立て体を切断して、所定の寸法の少なくとも2つのスプロケットを成形する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固定具を用いて、前記組立て体を剛体の芯部材に結合する請求項1に記載の方法。
