Description
−隣接しあう複数の層における前記少なくとも1つの物理的中断(9)が互いに旋回した位置にあるか、または
−前記立体スタックは複数のサブスタックを備え、各サブスタック内の隣接しあう全ての層における前記少なくとも1つの物理的中断(9)が一致し、前記複数のサブスタックの前記少なくとも1つの物理的中断(9)が互いに旋回した位置にある。
−位相的形状が球とホモトピー同値である一組の平坦な軟磁性層を設けるステップと、
−循環電流に対する少なくとも1つの物理的中断が得られるように第1の軟磁性層を配置するステップと、
−後続の全ての軟磁性層をそれぞれに先行する軟磁性層に対して旋回および/または回転させるステップと、
−得られた一組の軟磁性層を凝固させるステップと、
を含む。
−位相的形状が球とホモトピー同値である一組の平坦な軟磁性層を設けるステップと、
−循環電流に対する少なくとも1つの物理的中断が得られ、かつ全ての隣接層における少なくとも1つの物理的中断が一致するように、第1の複数の軟磁性層を配置するステップと、
−後続の複数の層を第1の複数の軟磁性層と同じように、しかし後続の複数の軟磁性層をそれぞれに先行する軟磁性層に対して全て旋回および/または回転させるように、配置するステップと、
−得られた一組の軟磁性層を凝固させるステップと、
を含む。
Claims (9)
- 永久磁石バイアス式または電流バイアス式のラジアル・アキシアル複合磁気軸受のステータまたはロータの積層コア(1−2)において、前記積層コア(1−2)は個々の平坦な軟磁性層(10−11−12)から成る立体スタックを備え、前記個々の層(10−11−12)は、該層の平面における循環電流に対して唯1つの物理的中断(9)を生じさせるように球とホモトピー同値であるという位相的性質を有し、前記立体スタックは、磁気対称性を生じさせるようにリングとホモトピー同値であるという位相的性質を示し、前記少なくとも1つの物理的中断(9)に電気絶縁材料(14)が充填され、
−隣接しあう層(10−11−12)における前記物理的中断(9)が互いに旋回した位置にある
ことを特徴とする積層コア(1−2)。 - 前記個々の層(10−11−12)の何れもが互いに電気的に接触していないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層コア(1−2)。
- 隣接する層(10−11−12)における前記物理的中断(9)は直線であり、かつ半径方向に向いていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層コア(1−2)。
- 前記物理的中断(9)は直線であり、かつ半径方向に向いていないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層コア(1−2)。
- 前記物理的中断(9)は蟻継ぎのような形状に形作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層コア(1−2)。
- 前記立体スタックの断面は磁極(5)を一切見せないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層コア(1−2)。
- 前記立体スタックの断面は複数の層(11−12)を見せることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層コア(1−2)。
- ラジアル・アキシアル複合磁気軸受のステータまたはロータのための積層コアの構成方法であって、
−位相的形状が球とホモトピー同値である一組の平坦な軟磁性(10−11−12)層を設けるステップと、
−誘起された循環電流に対する物理的中断(9)が唯1つ得られるように第1の軟磁性層を配置するステップと、
−後続の全ての軟磁性層をそれぞれに先行する軟磁性層に対して旋回および/または回転させるステップと、
−前記得られた一組の軟磁性層を凝固させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記物理的中断(9)の内部に電気絶縁材料(14)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
