Claims (5)
- ろ過作業中に、処理されるべき原水の水面に対して水平に配列される各中空糸膜を含む中空糸膜モジュールと、
前記中空糸膜モジュールの下部に位置する散気部と、を含み、
前記散気部は、
散気管のそれぞれが、第1の末端及びその反対側の第2の末端を含み、互いに平行に配列された複数の散気管と、
前記各散気管に空気を提供するために前記第1の末端を介して前記各散気管と連通する第1の共通配管と、を含み、
前記第1の共通配管は、前記各散気管に対して垂直に配置され、
前記各散気管は、その長さ方向が前記各中空糸膜の長さ方向に対して垂直になるように配列され、
前記第1の共通配管の中央から両末端に行くほど前記各散気管が稠密に配列されたことを特徴とするろ過装置。 - 前記各散気管のうちいずれも前記第1の共通配管の中央に連結されていないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記散気部は、前記第2の末端を介して前記各散気管と連通する第2の共通配管をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の共通配管は互いに平行に配列されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のろ過装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の共通配管に各散気ホールが形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のろ過装置。
