Description
20℃で260mPa・s.の粘性及び25mg/kgの鉄含有量かつWitcoの触媒Fomrez(登録商標)UL32を0.04質量%で有するポリマーMDIイソシアネートコンポーネントが用いられた。実験で用いるために、ポリマーMDIイソシアネートコンポーネントが、混合物及び25℃(実施例1)及び50℃(実施例2)のパラトルエンスルホニルイソシアネートの総質量を基準として、25℃(比較例)で添加物なしに0.12質量%貯蔵された。貯蔵の耐久性の指標としてのmPa・s.での混合物の粘性を、表1に示す。
Claims (5)
- リグノセルロース含有物質を、少なくとも2のイソシアネート基を有する有機イソシアネート、有機金属化合物をベースとする触媒、及び芳香族スルホニルイソシアネート基を含む化合物、を含有する高反応性イソシアネートコンポーネントと混合し、該材料を、型温度が40〜250℃の型で圧縮することを特徴とするリグノセルロース含有材料の製造方法。
- 芳香族スルホニルイソシアネート基を含む化合物が、パラトルエンスルホニルイソシアネートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 有機金属化合物を含む化合物を基礎とした触媒が、有機スズ化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 有機イソシアネートが、モノマー及びポリマーメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- リグノセルロース含有物質を、高反応性イソシアネートコンポーネント及びホルムアルデヒド樹脂を基礎としたバインダと混合することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
