Description
(a)粗パーム油を分画して液体画分及び固体部分を形成する工程;
(b)前記固体部分から前記液体画分を分離する工程;
(c)前記液体画分を脱ガムする工程;
(d)前記脱ガムされた液体画分を中和して遊離脂肪酸及び不純物を実質的に除去する工程;
(e)前記中和工程で生じたセッケンを洗い流す工程;
(f)工程(e)の中和産物を脱臭して、それに含まれる残留遊離脂肪酸及びその他の不純物を除去することで、遊離脂肪酸を0.1%未満含有し、カロテン含量保持率が約75%であり、ヨウ素価が60未満であり、過酸化物価がゼロである精製パーム油を形成する工程
を含む。
Claims (5)
- カロテン含量を実質的に保持するパーム油精製プロセスであって、
(i)粗パーム油を分画して液体画分及び固体部分を形成する工程であって、前記分画が、前記粗パーム油を一定に均質化撹拌しながら70℃に15分間加熱すること及びその後前記粗パーム油を19℃に冷却することで前記粗パーム油の前記固体部分を前記液体画分から分離させることを含む、工程;
(ii)前記固体部分を前記液体画分から除去する工程;
(iii)前記液体画分を脱ガムする工程;
(iv)前記脱ガムされた液体画分を中和して遊離脂肪酸及び不純物を実質的に除去する工程;
(v)前記中和で生じたセッケンを洗い流す工程;及び
(vi)工程(v)の中和された産物を脱臭してそこに含まれる残留遊離脂肪酸及びその他の不純物を除去することで、遊離脂肪酸を0.1%未満含有し、カロテン含量保持率が75%であり、ヨウ素価が60未満であり、過酸化物価がゼロである精製パーム油を形成する工程
を含み、前記脱臭が、真空容器中にて155℃〜165℃で4.5時間〜5.5時間行われる、プロセス。 - 前記粗パーム油の前記固体部分がステアリンであり、前記液体画分がオレインである、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記中和が85℃未満の温度で行われる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記温度が65℃である、請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記脱臭が真空容器中で160℃にて5時間行われる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
