Description
−アダプタ3の長手方向軸に対して垂直に配置された中央ピン5、
−ピン5に連結された、少なくとも2つの相補的で且つ連動される(interfaced)一連のダンパ6を含むブロック1と、
ピン5を用いてアダプタ3に連結されたスライドブロック4と、を備える。前記スライドブロック4は、スライド面を、フランジ2の対応する相補的形状面上に有する。

Claims (8)
- アダプタ(3)の長手軸に沿った方向に作用する軸方向荷重を制御するために前記アダプタ(3)をフランジ(2)にスライドさせて連結する連結接合部であって、
−前記アダプタ(3)の長手方向軸に対して垂直に配置された中央ピン(5)と、
−前記中央ピン(5)を用いて前記アダプタ(3)にスライド可能に連結された複数のスライドブロック(4)と、
−前記フランジ(2)に固定され前記中央ピン(5)を備えたブロック(1)と、
−前記ブロック(1)に収容され前記中央ピン(5)に連結された、連動し且つ相補的な少なくとも2つの一連のダンパ(6)とを備え、
前記ブロック(1)に軸方向荷重が伝達されたときに、少なくとも2つの一連の前記ダンパ(6)の一方が圧縮され、これに対応して他方の前記ダンパ(6)が伸長し、これにより、前記アダプタ(3)、前記中央ピン(5)、前記スライドブロック(4)のそれぞれの並進時に対して前記フランジ(2)を不動状態に維持する、連結接合部。 - 前記ダンパ(6)が、ばねパック、油圧ダンパ、又はこれらの組合せである請求項1に記載の連結接合部。
- 前記ブロック(1)が、モータブロックの、若しくは、圧延スタンドのロールの、又は、モータブロック及び圧延スタンドのロールの両方における、前記アダプタ(3)と前記フランジ(2)との連結のために配置されている請求項1又は2に記載の連結接合部。
- 前記ブロック(1)が、前記フランジ(2)に又は前記圧延スタンドのロールに固定するための1以上の手段を含む請求項3に記載の連結接合部。
- 前記ピン(5)が、前記スライドブロック(4)の外側に突出する2つの連結端部(5a,5b)を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の連結接合部。
- 前記連結端部(5a,5b)が、前記ピンの前記連結端部以外の本体よりも大きい断面直径を有する請求項5に記載の連結接合部。
- 前記連結端部(5a,5b)に、前記アダプタ(3)に固定するためのジョイントが設けられている請求項5又は6に記載の連結接合部。
- 少なくとも1つのモータと、前記モータの運動を圧延スタンドのロールに伝達するための少なくとも1つのアダプタ(3)と、前記アダプタ(3)を、前記モータ側で、若しくは前記スタンド側で、又は、前記モータ側及び前記スタンド側の両方において連結するための請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の連結接合部とを備えた圧延プラントであって、前記モータ及び/又は前記圧延スタンドが、前記連結接合部のブロック(1)を固定するために構成されたフランジ(2)を含む、圧延プラント。
