Description
反応容器内で原料の発熱反応を実行して不活性な反応生成物を得る工程Aと、
前記反応容器内の温度及び圧力の一方又は双方を計測する工程Bと、
前記発熱反応で生成された不活性な反応生成物を貯留容器に蓄え、前記発熱反応中に計測される温度及び圧力の一方又は双方が予め定められた閾値を超えたときには前記貯留容器に蓄えられた不活性な反応生成物を該貯留容器から前記反応容器内に導入する工程Cとを備えたことを特徴とするものである。
a)原料と、溶剤又は触媒との発熱反応を実行する反応容器、
b)前記反応容器内の温度と圧力の一方又は双方を計測する測定手段、
c)原料を前記反応容器へ供給するための開閉弁を備えた供給管路と反応生成物を前記反応容器から取り出すための取出管路とを含む管路手段、
d)流量調整弁を備えた連結管路によって前記反応容器に接続され、前記反応容器内における発熱反応で生成された不活性な反応生成物を蓄える貯留容器、及び
e)前記計測手段と前記開閉弁と前記流量調整弁に接続された制御ユニット
を備えたことを特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- 反応容器内で原料の発熱反応を実行して不活性な反応生成物を得る工程Aと、
前記反応容器内の温度及び圧力の一方又は双方を計測する工程Bと、
前記発熱反応で生成された不活性な反応生成物を貯留容器に蓄え、前記発熱反応中に計測される温度及び圧力の一方又は双方が予め定められた閾値を超えたときには前記貯留容器に蓄えられた不活性な反応生成物を該貯留容器から前記反応容器内に導入する工程Cとを備え、
前記貯留容器から前記反応容器内へ導入する不活性な反応生成物は、液体状態のものであり、
前記反応容器からは、気体状態の反応生成物及び液体状態の反応生成物が取り出され、
前記発熱反応として原料オレフィンのオリゴマー化重合反応を実行することを特徴とする発熱反応の反応制御法。 - 貯留容器に蓄えられる不活性な反応生成物が液体状態の反応生成物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程Bで計測される測定値が前記閾値を超えたときに前記反応容器内への原料の導入を停止する工程を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 原料の供給を停止する工程を、前記工程Cにおいて前記貯留容器から不活性な反応生成物を反応容器内へ導入するのと同時に行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 工程Cで前記貯留容器から不活性な反応生成物を前記反応容器内の液体状態の反応相に導入することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 貯留容器から反応容器への不活性な反応生成物の導入を、前記反応容器内へ圧力によって注入することにより行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 貯留容器から反応容器内へ導入される不活性な反応生成物の流量を調節可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- a)原料と、溶剤又は触媒との発熱反応を実行する反応容器、
b)前記反応容器内の温度と圧力の一方又は双方を計測する測定手段、
c)原料を前記反応容器へ供給するための開閉弁を備えた供給管路と反応生成物を前記反応容器から取り出すための取出管路とを含む管路手段、
d)流量調整弁を備えた連結管路によって前記反応容器に接続され、前記反応容器内における発熱反応で生成された不活性な反応生成物を蓄える貯留容器、及び
e)前記測定手段と前記開閉弁と前記流量調整弁に接続された制御ユニット
を備え、
前記貯留容器から前記反応容器内へ導入する不活性な反応生成物は、液体状態のものであり、
前記反応容器からは、気体状態の反応生成物及び液体状態の反応生成物が取り出され、
前記発熱反応として原料オレフィンのオリゴマー化重合反応を実行することを特徴とする発熱反応実行装置。 - 前記反応容器が、連続反応用、半連続反応用、又は非連続反応用の反応容器であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記貯留容器内の不活性な反応生成物が、前記反応容器内の圧力より高圧に維持されていることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
