Claims (15)
- 荷電粒子(15)を加速するためのRF共振器空洞であって、前記RF共振器空洞(11)を通り抜ける粒子ビーム(15)に運転中に作用するRF電磁場は、前記RF共振器空洞(11)に結合でき、
電気絶縁破壊抵抗を増加させるための少なくとも1つの中間電極(13)が、前記粒子ビーム(15)のビーム経路に沿って前記RF共振器空洞(11)に配置されており、
前記中間電極(13)は、移動可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、RF共振器空洞。 - 前記中間電極(13)が前記RF共振器空洞の運転中に、加速するように前記粒子ビーム(15)に作用するRF場を生成しないように、前記中間電極(13)は、前記RF共振器空洞(11)の壁から絶縁される、請求項1に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 導電性接続部(17、23、25)が、前記RF共振器空洞(11)の動作周波数で高インピーダンスを有するように、前記中間電極(13)は、前記導電性接続部(17、23、25)を用いて前記RF共振器空洞(11)の前記壁に結合され、その結果として前記中間電極(13)が前記RF共振器空洞(11)の運転中に、加速するように前記粒子ビーム(15)に作用するRF場を生成しないように、前記中間電極(13)は、前記RF共振器空洞(11)の前記壁に関して絶縁される、請求項2に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 前記導電性接続部は、らせん状に案内される導体部分(25)を含む、請求項3に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 前記中間電極(13)は、弾性軸受け(17)を手段として移動可能に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 前記弾性軸受けは、ヘアピン(23)の形状に構成される、請求項5に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 前記弾性軸受けは、らせん状導電性部分(25)を含む、請求項5または6に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 前記中間電極(13)の材料は、クロム、バナジウム、チタン、モリブデン、タンタルおよび/またはタングステンを含む、請求項1から7の一項に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 前記中間電極(13)は、リング状ディスクの形状を有する、請求項1から8の一項に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 複数の中間電極(13)は、前記ビーム方向に次々に配置される、請求項1から9の一項に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 前記複数の中間電極(13)は、移動可能に取り付けられる、請求項10に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 前記複数の中間電極(13)は、弾性軸受け(17、23、25)を用いて互いに接続される、請求項10または11に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 前記複数の中間電極(13)を互いに接続する前記弾性軸受けは、ヘアピン(23)の形状に構成される、請求項12に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 前記複数の中間電極(13)を互いに接続する前記弾性軸受けは、らせん状導電性部分(25)を含む、請求項13に記載のRF共振器空洞。
- 請求項1から14の一項に記載のRF共振器空洞(11)を有する、荷電粒子を加速するための加速器。
