Abstract
cavidade de ressonador rf e acelerador a presente invenção refere-se a uma cavidade de ressonador rf para acelerar partículas carregadas (15), em que um campo hf eletromagnético pode ser acoplado na cavidade de ressonador hf cujo campo age em um feixe de partículas (15) quando operado , o dito feixe de partículas atravessando a cavidade de ressonador hf (11). a invenção é caracterizado pelo fato de que pelo menos um eletrodo intermediário (13) para aumentar a força disruptiva elétrica na cavidade de ressonador hf (11) é arranjado ao longo do caminho de feixe de partículas (15).
