Claims (7)
- X線を発生するX線管と、
前記X線管から発生され被検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出器と、
前記被検体の食道に関する食道画像のデータを記憶する記憶部と、
カテーテル術中において、前記X線検出器からの出力に基づいて解剖学的に前記食道の近傍にある左心房に関するX線画像のデータを発生する発生部と、
前記X線画像に含まれるカテーテル領域の先端部分が視認可能なように、前記食道画像に含まれる食道領域を前記X線画像に重ね合わせて表示する表示部と、
前記先端部分と前記食道領域との間の前記X線画像上での最短距離を前記被検体の所定の心位相毎に算出する距離算出部と、
を具備するX線診断装置。 - 前記表示部は、前記食道領域のエッジのみを前記X線画像に重ねて表示する、前記食道領域を点滅させて前記X線画像に重ねて表示する、又は、前記食道領域を半透明にして前記X線画像に重ねて表示する、請求項1記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記カテーテル領域の曲率を算出する曲率算出部をさらに備え、
前記表示部は、前記算出された曲率が第1閾値を超えた場合、前記先端部分が視認可能なように前記食道領域を前記X線画像に重ねて表示する、請求項1記載のX線診断装置。 - 前記算出された最短距離が第2閾値より小さい場合に、前記最短距離が前記第2閾値より小さい旨を報知する報知部、をさらに備える請求項1記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記表示部は、前記算出された最短距離を表示する、請求項1記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記先端部分の画素値又は形状に基づいて、カテーテルの先端の実空間上における屈曲方向を特定する特定部と、
前記屈曲方向に応じた情報を操作者に報知する報知部と、
をさらに備える請求項1記載のX線診断装置。 - X線を発生するX線管と、前記X線管から発生され被検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出器と、を具備するX線診断装置の画像処理のための作動方法において、
画像発生部が、カテーテル術中において、前記X線検出器からの出力に基づいて解剖学的に前記被検体の食道の近傍にある左心房に関するX線画像のデータを発生し、
表示部が、前記X線画像に含まれるカテーテル領域の先端部分が視認可能なように、前記食道に関する食道画像に含まれる食道領域を前記X線画像に重ね合わせて表示し、
距離算出部が、前記先端部分と前記食道領域との間の前記X線画像上での最短距離を前記被検体の所定の心位相毎に算出する、
ことを特徴とするX線診断装置の画像処理のための作動方法。
