Description
−組織(例えば心筋)から電気生理学的信号を検知することができる少なくとも1つの電極を備えるカテーテル、
−カテーテルの上述した電極に結合され、前記電極により検知された電気生理学的電位を測定するのに適した電子画像装置(electrographic device)、
−介入が行われる領域(以後"介入領域"と呼ばれる)の画像を生成するための撮像装置、及び
−中央処理装置(CPU)、メモリ(RAM、ROM、ハードディスク等)及びI/Oインタフェースのような関連する構成要素、並びに適当なソフトウェアを持つマイクロコンピュータにより達成されることができるデータ処理ユニット、
用いた心血管介入用の介入システムを有する。
a)撮像装置により生成された、介入領域におけるカテーテルの画像のシーケンスを記憶するステップであり、各画像は(定義上、画像の生成中に記録される)関連する通例は同期した電子画像記録と一緒に記憶されるステップ、
b)介入領域内にあるカテーテルの画像を生成するステップ、
c)ステップa)の記憶されたシーケンスから"基準画像"を選択するステップであり、前記基準画像は、所望の電子画像パターン(記録)に帰属しているステップ、及び
d)基準画像上におけるカテーテルの位置を位置決めするステップであり、"位置"は(例えば湾曲した経路を規定する)1つ以上の地点からなり、前記位置決めはデジタル画像処理から知られる何らかの適当な方法により達成されるステップ
を実行するのに適している。
a)関連する電子画像記録と一緒に、介入領域においてカテーテル画像のシーケンスを生成及び記憶するステップ、
b)前記介入領域において前記カテーテルの実画像を生成するステップ、
c)前記所望の電子画像パターンに帰属する前記記憶された画像のシーケンスから基準画像を選択するステップ、並びに
d)前記基準画像上における前記カテーテルの位置を位置特定し、実画像において対応する標的位置を決めるステップ
を有する。
Claims (10)
- −電極を備えるカテーテル、
−電気生理的電位を測定するための前記カテーテルの前記電極に結合された電子画像装置、
−介入領域の画像を生成するための撮像装置、及び
−前記撮像装置及び前記電子画像装置に結合されるデータ処理ユニット
を有する、心血管に介入するための介入システムにおいて、
前記データ処理ユニットは、
a)関連する電子画像記録と一緒に、前記介入領域における前記カテーテルの画像のシーケンスを記憶するステップ、
b)前記介入領域における前記カテーテルの実画像を生成するステップ、
c)所望の電子画像パターンに帰属する前記記憶された画像のシーケンスから基準画像を選択するステップ、及び
d)前記基準画像における前記カテーテルの位置を位置特定し、前記実画像における対応する標的位置を決定するステップ、
を行うのに適している介入システム。 - ステップd)における前記決定は、前記基準画像及び前記実画像において撮像されたオブジェクトの少なくとも1つの特徴的な点の位置決めに基づいていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、基準器を有し、前記基準器の相対位置は、前記記憶されたシーケンスの全画像及び前記実画像に対し知られていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 前記決められた標的位置の指標と一緒に前記実画像を表示するための表示ユニットを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記撮像装置はX線装置であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテル及び/又は基準器は、前記画像のシーケンスの1つに識別され、次に残りの画像にトラッキングされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準画像は、前記実画像の心位相に対応するように選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像のシーケンス及び前記実画像における前記カテーテル及び/又は基準器に対し呼吸運動が及ぼす影響を補償するのに適することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、呼吸センサを有することを特徴とするシステム。
- 前記カテーテル及び/又は基準器は、これらの空間位置の決定を可能にするマーカを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
