Claims (17)
- 表示エリア及び側辺平面を有する表示パネルと、
バックライトモジュールと、
前記バックライトモジュールに接続される少なくとも1つの搭載フレームを含むとともに前記バックライトモジュールの外側に位置し、前記搭載フレームが第1の壁体及び前記第1の壁体に接続される搭載部を含み、前記搭載部が前記表示パネルと前記バックライトモジュールとの間に位置し且つ搭載面と前記搭載面に対向する底面とを有し、前記表示パネルが前記搭載面の上方に配置され、前記第1の壁体が前記底面から前記バックライトモジュールへ向けて延在される、第1のフレームセットと、
前記表示パネルと前記搭載面を接着する少なくとも1つの粘着層と、
を含み、
前記バックライトモジュールは、
前記第1の壁体に接続されるフレームベースセットと、
前記フレームベースセット内に配置される発光部材と、
を含み、
前記フレームベースセットは、
ケースと、
上方に前記表示パネルが配置される少なくとも1つの搭載部材と、前記第1のフレームセットと前記発光部材との間に位置する第2のフレームセットとを含み、前記ケースに結合され、前記発光部材が内部に装着される、収容ホルダと、
を含むことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記第1の壁体は、前記搭載面の前記外側辺縁と相互に接続される外壁面を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1の壁体が上半部及び下半部を有し、前記上半部が前記搭載面に突出すとともに頂面及び内側平面を有し、前記内側平面と前記搭載面とが前記搭載面の外側辺縁で相互に交わり、前記下半部が前記底面から前記バックライトモジュールへ向けて延在されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記搭載フレームの数量が複数であり、前記粘着層の数量が複数であり、各前記粘着層によって各前記搭載面がそれぞれ被覆されるとともに前記表示パネルと各前記搭載面とが接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 各前記搭載フレームが相互に接続されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 各前記搭載フレームが相互に分離されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 前記頂面と前記表示パネルの1つの平面とが実質的に切り揃えられ、前記表示エリアが前記平面に露出されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 第2の壁体及び前記第2の壁体の一端に接続される上遮蔽板を含む少なくとも1つの組立フレームを含む組立フレームセットと、緩衝層と、を更に含み、前記表示パネルが前記バックライトモジュールと前記上遮蔽板との間に位置し、且つ前記緩衝層が前記表示パネルと前記上遮蔽板との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 第2の壁体及び前記第2の壁体の一端に接続される上遮蔽板を含む少なくとも1つの組立フレームを含む組立フレームセットと、緩衝層と、を更に含み、前記表示パネルが前記バックライトモジュールと前記上遮蔽板との間に位置し、且つ前記緩衝層が前記表示パネルと前記上遮蔽板との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表示装置。
- 前記頂面と前記上遮蔽板の上遮蔽面とが実質的に切り揃えられることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 前記搭載面に配置されるとともに、前記搭載部と前記側辺平面とを接着する少なくとも1つの固定接着材を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記粘着層は、数量が複数であり、各前記粘着層によって前記表示パネル、前記搭載面及び前記搭載部材が接着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 第1の壁体及び前記第1の壁体に接続され且つ搭載面を有する搭載部を含む少なくとも1つの搭載フレームと、ケースと前記ケースに結合され且つ搭載部材と第2のフレームセットを備える収容ホルダとを備えるフレームベースセットを含むバックライトモジュールとを接続させる工程において、前記搭載フレームが前記バックライトモジュールの外側に位置し、前記収容ホルダの内部に発光部材が装着され、前記第2のフレームセットが、前記搭載フレームと前記発光部材の間に位置するようにする工程と、
前記搭載面上に少なくとも1つの粘着層を形成する工程と、
前記粘着層上に表示パネルを置くことで、前記表示パネルが前記搭載部材の上方に配置されるように前記粘着層によって前記表示パネルと前記搭載部とを接着する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする表示装置の組立方法。 - 前記粘着層によって前記表示パネルと前記搭載部とを接着した後、前記表示パネルと前記搭載部とを接着する少なくとも1つの固定接着材を前記搭載面上に形成する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の表示装置の組立方法。
- 前記粘着層によって前記表示パネルと前記搭載部とを接着した後、上遮蔽板を含む少なくとも1つの組立フレームと前記バックライトモジュールとを相互に接続するとともに、前記上遮蔽板によって前記表示パネルを局部的に遮蔽する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の表示装置の組立方法。
