Description
Claims (6)
- 車両の走行に用いられるエネルギを出力する蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置を収容する凹部を備えた車両ボディと、
前記蓄電装置の底面を前記凹部の底面に固定する第1締結部材と、
前記凹部に固定された前記蓄電装置の上面側に配置され、前記凹部の開口をまたぐように延びるリインフォースと、
前記リインフォースの一端及び他端それぞれを前記車両ボディに固定する第2締結部材と、
前記凹部に固定された前記蓄電装置の上面と前記リインフォースとの間に形成される隙間に配置される弾性部材と、を有し、
前記リインフォースは、前記凹部の底面に固定された前記蓄電装置の上面を前記弾性部材を介して押圧するように前記車両ボディに固定され、前記蓄電装置が前記凹部の底面に向かって押し付けられていることを特徴とする蓄電装置の搭載構造。 - 前記凹部に底面に対して前記蓄電装置を位置決めする位置決め機構を有しており、
前記位置決め機構は、
前記蓄電装置および前記凹部の一方に設けられたピンと、
前記蓄電装置および前記凹部の他方に設けられ、前記ピンが挿入される開口部に前記ピンをガイドするガイド部材と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電装置の搭載構造。 - 前記位置決め機構は、前記第1締結部材と隣り合う位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄電装置の搭載構造。
- 前記凹部は、前記車両のラゲッジスペースの下方に位置しており、
前記リインフォースは、前記車両の前後方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置の搭載構造。 - 前記第2締結部材は、
前記車両の前後方向に沿って配置されており、前記車両の後方側に位置する前記リインフォースの端部を前記車両ボディに締結する第3締結部材と、
前記車両の上下方向に沿って配置されており、前記車両の前方側に位置する前記リインフォースの端部を前記車両ボディに締結する第4締結部材と、を有し、
前記第3締結部材及び前記第4締結部材の各締結方向が互いに直交していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蓄電装置の搭載構造。 - 前記第2締結部材は、前記リインフォースの一端を前記車両ボディに締結する第3締結部材と、前記リインフォースの他端を前記車両ボディに締結する第4締結部材と、を有しており、
前記第3締結部材及び前記第4締結部材は、締結方向が互いに直交する方向で、前記リインフォースおよび前記車両ボディを締結することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置の搭載構造。
