Abstract
Description
前記成形型のキャビティ内に熱硬化性樹脂組成物を射出し、前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物を加熱硬化させることで、前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物表面に前記加飾フィルムが設けられた熱硬化性樹脂成形品を得る工程と
を有し、前記ベースフィルムとして、前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物の熱硬化温度における、引張破断伸びが500%超であり、100%引張応力が0.1MPa以上2.5MPa以下であるフィルムを用いる熱硬化性樹脂成形品の製造方法である。
また、本発明は、成形型表面の少なくとも意匠面を形成する領域に、ベースフィルム及び加飾層を有する加飾フィルムを、前記加飾層が内側を向くように配置する工程と、
前記成形型のキャビティ内に熱硬化性樹脂組成物を射出し、前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物を加熱硬化させることで、前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物の表面に前記加飾フィルムが設けられた熱硬化性樹脂成形品を得る工程と
を有し、前記ベースフィルムとして、非架橋型オレフィン系熱可塑性樹脂で形成された、前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物の熱硬化温度における、引張破断伸びが500%以上であり、100%引張応力が0.1MPa以上であるフィルムを用いる熱硬化性樹脂成形品の製造方法である。
まず、成形型の雌型(下型)2の上に、ベースフィルム11及び加飾層12からなる加飾フィルム10を、加飾層12が上方を向くように配置した。そして、雌型(下型)2の表面に設けられた吸引口(不図示)から吸引することで、図1(a)に示すように、成形型表面の意匠面を形成する領域の形状に腑形した。
ベースフィルム11の表面に、予めシボロールでシボ転写することにより木目模様を形成したこと以外は、実施例1と同様に実施した。得られたウレタン樹脂成形品の表面には、木目模様が崩れることなく加飾層12が形成されていた。
ベースフィルム11として、架橋処理したオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー(TPO)を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様に実施した。ベースフィルム11の65℃における引張破断伸びは485%であり、65℃における100%引張応力は4.0MPaであった。得られたウレタン樹脂成形品の加飾層12は浮き上がっており、ベースフィルム11が成形型に馴染まず、凹Rの成形ができなかった。
実施例1で用いた加飾フィルム10を、真空成形装置を用いて140℃にて成形したところ、ベースフィルム11の表面に形成されていた革模様は崩れてしまった。なお、ベースフィルム11の140℃における引張破断伸びは500%超であり、140℃における100%引張応力は0.06MPaであった。

Claims (8)
- 成形型表面の少なくとも意匠面を形成する領域に、ベースフィルム及び加飾層を有する加飾フィルムを、前記加飾層が内側を向くように配置する工程と、
前記成形型のキャビティ内に熱硬化性樹脂組成物を射出し、前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物を加熱硬化させることで、前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物の表面に前記加飾フィルムが設けられた熱硬化性樹脂成形品を得る工程と
を有し、前記ベースフィルムとして、前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物の熱硬化温度における、引張破断伸びが500%超であり、100%引張応力が0.1MPa以上2.5MPa以下であるフィルムを用いる熱硬化性樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記ベースフィルムは、非架橋型オレフィン系熱可塑性樹脂で形成されている請求項1に記載の熱硬化性樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 成形型表面の少なくとも意匠面を形成する領域に、ベースフィルム及び加飾層を有する加飾フィルムを、前記加飾層が内側を向くように配置する工程と、
前記成形型のキャビティ内に熱硬化性樹脂組成物を射出し、前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物を加熱硬化させることで、前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物の表面に前記加飾フィルムが設けられた熱硬化性樹脂成形品を得る工程と
を有し、前記ベースフィルムとして、非架橋型オレフィン系熱可塑性樹脂で形成された、前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物の熱硬化温度における、引張破断伸びが500%以上であり、100%引張応力が0.1MPa以上であるフィルムを用いる熱硬化性樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記成形型のキャビティ内に前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物を射出する圧力が、1〜10kg/cm2である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物の熱硬化温度が、30〜110℃である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物が、熱硬化性ウレタン樹脂組成物である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂成形品から前記ベースフィルムを剥がす工程
をさらに有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱硬化性樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記ベースフィルムの加飾層を設ける側の表面には、三次元のエンボスが形成されている請求項7に記載の熱硬化性樹脂成形品の製造方法。
