Description
Claims (8)
- 金属または半金属の硝酸塩を含む硝酸水溶液の液体排出物の処理方法であって、前記金属または半金属の硝酸塩を前記金属または半金属の酸化物に変換するための前記排出物の焼成ステップを含み、該焼成ステップが加熱される回転チューブ内で実施され、前記排出物が、焼成の際に粘着性の酸化物をもたらす少なくとも一つの化合物を含み、該焼成の際に粘着性の酸化物をもたらす少なくとも一つの化合物が、金属または半金属の硝酸塩、及び、リンモリブデン酸からなる選択肢から選択され、焼成の際に非粘着性の酸化物をもたらす、硝酸アルミニウム、硝酸鉄、及び、硝酸レアアースから選択される少なくとも一つの金属または半金属の硝酸塩を含む希釈補助剤が、排出物と希釈補助剤との混合物をもたらすために、前記焼成ステップの前に前記排出物に添加され、前記混合物が、以下の2つの不等式(1)(2)を満たす方法。
- 前記希釈補助剤が、硝酸アルミニウムと、硝酸鉄及び硝酸レアアースから選択される少なくとも一つの他の硝酸塩を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硝酸レアアースが、硝酸ランタン、硝酸セリウム、硝酸プラセオジム、及び硝酸ネオジムから選択される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 焼成の際に一つ以上の粘着性の酸化物をもたらす少なくとも一つの前記化合物が、硝酸ナトリウム、リンモリブデン酸、硝酸ホウ素、及びそれらの混合物から選択される、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 焼成後に酸化物として表わされる、焼成の際に粘着性の酸化物をもたらす金属または半金属の硝酸塩、及び、焼成の際に粘着性の酸化物をもたらすリンモリブデン酸の含有量が、前記排出物に含まれ焼成後に酸化物として表わされる塩の全質量に対して、35質量%より多い、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記排出物が、前記排出物に含まれ焼成後に酸化物として表わされる塩の全質量に対して、30質量%より多い、焼成後に酸化ナトリウムNa2Oとして表わされる硝酸ナトリウム含有量を有する、
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記焼成ステップが、オーブンの排気口で約400℃の焼成温度に至る温度で実施される、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記焼成ステップの後、前記焼成ステップからの前記焼成体とガラス原料との溶解からの閉じ込めガラスの合成から成る、ガラス化ステップが実施される、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
