前記表面保護部材と裏面フィルムとの間に配設され、渡り配線によって互いに電気的に接続された複数の太陽電池ストリングと、を備え、
少なくとも太陽電池モジュールの隅部分に位置する前記渡り配線の端部分が他の部分より表面保護部材側に位置するように配される、
太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記渡り配線の端部を他の部分より表面保護部材側に位置するように、渡り配線が前記表面保護部材側へ折り曲げられている、
請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池ストリングは、配線部材により接続された複数の太陽電池を含み、
前記配線部材と渡り配線とが渡り配線の端部分で表面保護部材側に折り曲げられている、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記渡り配線の端部分と前記表面保護部材側との間の距離が他の渡り配線の部位と前記表面保護部材との間の距離より短くなるように、前記渡り配線の端部分を前記表面保護部材側に折り曲げられている、
請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 表面保護部材と、裏面フィルムとの間に複数の太陽電池を有する太陽電池モジュールを製造する方法であって、
電気的に接続された複数の太陽電池を含む太陽電池ストリングを複数並列配置し、隣り合うストリングのそれぞれの端部に位置する配線部材を渡り配線を用いて電気的に接続する工程を有し、
前記渡り配線の少なくとも一端部を屈曲させ、屈曲させた部分を前記表面部材側に向けて前記配線部材に接続する、
太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - ラミネート装置内のステージ上に、表面保護部材、封止材用シート、渡り配線により電気的に接続された複数の太陽電池ストリング、封止材用シート、及び裏面フィルムをこの順に載置し、ラミネートを行う工程を含む太陽電池モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記渡り配線の少なくとも一端部を屈曲させ、屈曲させた部分を前記表面部材側に向けて前記ステージ上に前記太陽電池ストリングを載置し、前記ラミネート工程を行う、
太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記渡り配線の両端部を屈曲させ、屈曲させた両端部を前記表面部材側に向ける、
請求項5または請求項6に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
